Wonderful renovated hotel in very lively local neighborhood. The staff is wonderful. Just three tram stops from the tourist madness.

This place is great for the price, recently renovated and clean. The area is bustling with people at all times. Metro and the grand bazaar are within walking distance. I had a problem with my booking because of the app I used for it, but Hatem who works the front desk took care of it, with patience and a smile. Not to mention he was the best concierge, he recommended places to visit that I would not have known about through google.

Propert is very clean, it’s actually 1 month old, staff are pleasant and cooperative, rooms are very clean, cereal AC in the room. Very good experience! Will definitely consider it for next times if I am solo traveler since area is not for families!

First, the booking said that our room had a partial sea view. However, this was not the case. The room we were given was directly on the main street, and so the street noises were annoying during the night. Furthermore, there's no sea anywhere around the hotel building, so I don't know how the booking specified "partial sea view" as there's no sea anywhere around. Second, the electricity kept cutting during our stay (two nights). Third, the AC stopped working on the second day for the whole building, and nothing was done to fix it, at least before we left the hotel. Fourth, although the booking includes free breakfast, it's not a buffet. Plates are prepared (the content was identical in the two days) and you just take your plate as it is. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well-styled (although too small for two persons in our case, there was no place to put the luggage appropriately).
