Location was amazing! Totally walkable to all the old city sites. Room was also awesome. Only issue was at night clearly there was some activity from the staff with lots of loud noises, like heavy items being moved that echoed thru the hallways and into the room that made it difficult to sleep.

The access to rooms is awkward - go down stairs to access the elevator. Hallway was narrow and cramped. The room was quite nice and comfortable except for a noisy refrigerator. In keeping with a Muslim country there was no alcohol service. Breakfasts were excellent, however.

The room was good spacious, as I booked for 3 Adults and 1 child who is 13 year , beddings and toiletries were like any 5 star hotel , very clean room. And spacious bathroom with traditional Hamam into the same, this was something like I haven’t seen in any 5 stars. Deluxe rooms as well. Staff is very courteous and location is very near to Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topkapi palace. The stay was pleasant and i really liked the hotel full recommendation for small families.

Beyond excellent! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was excellent and very helpful. The team at the breakfast restaurant was very friendly and looked after the kids like a family. Thanks to Adnan, Mujgan and their Manager for looking after the kids. Also the rooms were clean and in immaculate condition. Area is very quiet but 5 minute walk from Sultanahmed area.

Delighted by the delicious breakfast spread at the hotel. However, the experience was marred by the unpleasant odor in the room, which was quite off-putting. - A mixed bag indeed.

Nao vale a pena! Aliás nem vale a pena ir a Istambum devido aos mal atendimento dos turcos. Taxistas incrivelmente pessimos e trapaceiros. Recepcionista do hotel agendou um transfer (taxi de terceiros - já que o hotel não possui Van) no horario errado, transito imenso fez eu perder meu vôo!
