Hotel was in a great location just outside old town so you miss the hustle and bustle but are a quick walk in. Hotel was also very clean and perfect for what we needed. Would recommend my friends to stay.

The staff were exceptional particularly at reception. Our plane was delayed upon arrival and they were so helpful when we arrived. Breakfast was really good and the room was extremely comfortable also.

The hotel is within walking distance of the subway and tram stations, so it is very convenient for transportation. It is also convenient to take the tram to the Blue Mosque. I booked a sea view room, so I could see the Golden Horn, Galata Bridge, mosques, etc., and the view was great both day and night. The room was clean and nice. The front desk staff, breakfast staff, and room cleaning staff were all kind. It would be perfect if the bathroom could be improved in drainage. Overall, I loved this hotel, and I would like to stay here again when I come to Istanbul.

We stayed for a week, this hotel is amazing in every way, it is 3 minutes from transit to both Sultan Ahmet and Istiqlal area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to eat at the Michelin start restaurant at the roof, it is way better and cheeper than eating at regular restaurants.

Great location for getting anywhere Istanbul has to offer. Helpful staff but the housekeeping is hit and miss. You only get 1 bottle of water per room which is a bit stupid. Still it is a good hotel for the price point. Location is top notch, 1 block from the Galata Bridge and Metro Line 1. Plus 50 feet from the Tunnel tram right up to Taksin. Buy one Metro card, load it with some money and pass it around to your party for Metro travel. No need to buy each one a card.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and genuine. Having a separate living area with a comfortable couch was a nice touch. Both pillows were very hard and inflexible and not very comfortable to sleep on. The shower door would open only half way. Front desk was notified and they alerted their handy man to fix it. We would stay there again.
