A nice hotel in a great location and amazing staff
After being let down with my original booking elsewhere I booked this hotel last minute and was glad I did - well located a 5 minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Nişantaşı the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a decent choice. The definite highlight of my stay was the staff - always friendly and attentive (and available) and willing to help/make your trip more enjoyable - from a glass of tea on the terrace to booking taxis, offering ideas for things to do - I’ll definitely stay here again

Do not try it at all! Although the staff tried hard to make us happy however the hotel lacks tons of things to be improved and to be called a HOTEL!

On the first day, we were given a room on the first floor with a view of a wall, and people could easily see inside. After I complained, the staff member handling reservations was kind enough to change our room. The hotel is close to Nişantaşı, but it’s on a hill, so if you have walking or knee issues, it may be difficult to get around (not ideal for the elderly). The breakfast was okay but not perfect. Overall, it wasn't bad.

The staff is amazing. Friendly and accommodating. We were there in connection with an operation in a hospital 5 minutes walk away. Only downsides are the steep streets that may not be suitable for everybody. The property has some signs of being well used with minor maintenance issues present. Overall a great stay
