My room has no window or opening, is very small, and very hot. There’s no thermostat inside the room. I’ll need to contact the front desk every time I want to make it cooler. This is not what I expected from the reviews.

The staff are just wonderful. The property is clean and comfortable. It’s a good location, near restaurants and shops. Hagia Sophia is walking distance. I would certainly recommend.

the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a enjoyable stay. They gifted us Turkish coffee, tea, and were available for any need.The rooms were clean and we felt comfortable. It was close to major attractions and walkable to the metro. We would 100 percent stay again, their hospitality was a 11/10!

I had an amazing stay at Mitspark Hotel. The moment I walked in, I felt welcome and at home. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Excellent location and friendly staff. The room was, however, very small with the bed being the only furniture. The pictures did not make this clear. The bathroom lacked convenient hooks to keep clean clothes.

This is a difficult review to write. Mitspark is a lovely small hotel. This was my first time in Istanbul. For convenience, I chose to have the hotel book my ride from and to the airport even though it cost more than a cab. When I left the hotel on the night of my departure at 11:30pm for the airport, I dozed in the back and jumped out when we arrived. Then I discovered that the driver had taken me to the wrong airport! By the time I got to the right one, my flight had left and I was charged $2000.00 to get on the same flight 24 hours later. The hotel dealt with the car company but there has been no resolution for several weeks even though I have sent complete documentation of the charge. I feel it was the hotel's responsibility to reimburse me since they arranged the transportation.

Good location very close to tourist destinations. Staff was excellent. They took care of us very well. You won’t believe the service. The hotel is a small boutique hotel. The building is only a few months old and very modern. The quarters are a little smaller than Americans are used to. The staff stored our luggage as there wasn’t room for it in the room. They made reservations for us to take numerous tours. There’s a very good locals restaurant next door and dozens of restaurants within a 2-3 block radius. It’s only 3 blocks to the Blue Mosque.

Hotel management is so kind and hospitable. They made our stay completely amazing. Honestly, the room is on the small side, but even for that it is designed with innovative storage to not feel completely cramped. Loved the view of the water from the roof deck.

its an new renovated property with new staff and stuff. Close to all popular sites in istanbul . Food stuff around property is excellent and variety. shopping is excellent surrounded by shops. Top floor open space is nice and beautiful views. Manager and rest off he staff is loveable and carrying

This property us in the old Sultanahamet area. It a small intimate hotel with cozy clean rooms which are standard in this area. The location is fabulous for exploring the city. We walked everywhere safety. Mert the manager and other staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommend this hotel.

This property was smaller than we expected, however if you are going to Istanbul to rest your head somewhere clean, with friendly staff and you want to support a local business then this is your place. It is in very close walking distance to Topkapi, Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque. It is also very close to lots of shops and restaurants, the grand bazaar and the spice market. You can catch a ferry or do what we did and walk over the bridge and take in all Istanbul has to offer to Beyoğlu which is more like the Oxford street of Istanbul where you will find lots of high street shops, the Galata Tower and Hampstead style areas. I believe the hotel is family run so they are very keen to ensure your stay is a satisfying one, always happy to help with any questions. I would recommend and definitely be returning to Istanbul

Staff at the Mitspark Hotel take an interest in the quality of your visit overall. The hotel is in a safe, walkable area close to the city's major attractions. If you have a short amount of time to see Istanbul, the location is ideal.

Staff and hotel manager were all incredibly attentive, even bringing complementary apple tea to our room! They were more than happy to help with any reservations and taxis, and all said a lovely hello each time we came back. The hotel is beautiful, quite small but that made it better, lovely and quiet. The room and hotel were consistently kept very clean. The room itself was lovely, the bed was big and comfy. Each day we had a new display on our beds made out of new clean towels! Location was also perfect, just a short walk to any major attraction, including only two minutes to Topkapi and Hagia Sophia. 10/10 experience overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook if we return to Istanbul
