The location of the hotel is great, for a coffee on the terrace, the rooms are wide, useful and clean, these bad comments, I don't understand why there are, I wonder if the expectations are a five-star hotel, the price performance is very good, I like it

I booked a room online, and got totally different one on the ground floor “although i requested online to be on the 2nd floor” When I asked about other available rooms, they offered other rooms with higher prices “although I already booked the room”. No parking spots, the road to reach there is closed with cars “If you are coming by taxi you will need to hold your luggage up the stairs” - more than 30 stairs. I also asked for refund excluding the first night and they rejected.

This hotel was very low quality as far as amenities goes but the staff was great and tried to accommodate everything we asked for. There was mold and a weird smell but I think that’s just from being old. It’s not a hotel I wud choose again but the staff really tried to help us
