The property location is good, the facilities are not that great, telephone didn't work, blinds were not sufficient, breakfast was left out in the open uncovered and beds were not the best. But I guess all of this is reflected in the price!

Lovely family run hotel in fantastic location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. Hotel is a bit outdated and rooms need refurbishing.The breakfast could do with adding a few more options for western taste like croissants or muffins.

Great Location

close to all the major sites

Nice room. friendly, helpful staff. 10 minute walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. Decent cold breakfast buffet is also served. Very good value for my money.

Amazing hotel

I loved the hotel. The room was gorgeous and very clean and literally had everything i need. The only thing I didn't like was the location because it was sorta hill bottom and I was dragging a heavy piece of luggage. But the hotel was great and the guys were super nice. Even when I missed breakfast they still gave me one

Overall it was good experience where at first we got a small family room and the room had some issues like the light was not working properly but later on the staff changed our room and provided us with more spacious room. However, the staff there is very friendly and will treat you like your own family. I would say the breakfast need some improvement like change the menu but it was good. Nonetheless, It was a memorable experience and nice stay at the hotel.

This hotel is located near the main attractions like St sophia and blue mosque. It is convenient to take trans to get around too. The room we booked had fair size with a balcony where you can sit aorund the table and get fresh air. There was a tiny elevator which made much easier for us to go up to our room on 4th floor with luggages. The towels and the sheets were kind of wornout. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They assited us with booking taxi and cruise. The manager recommended a very nice restaurant nearby which was delicious and had a good price.

IPEKYOLU hotel is excellent !!!

the first day i reached ipekyolu hotel , everybody recieved me cheerfully and tried their best to make me feel at home , the receptionists and the boss were so sooo kind and asked me everyday wether they can help me with anything ! a special thanks to Serkan , Ahmet , and the boss ( sorry about the name and his father ) ; the rooms were cleaned everyday , so that when i come back after havind visited the touristic attractions which are surrounding the hotel , i find everything super clean !! and the furniture is all new , modern and comfortable !! i recommand absolutezly this hotel to everybody ! i can say i spent a successful couple of weeks with my mum .
