Very friendly and helpful hotel owner . We stayed for 7 days and hotel owner worked as a free guide for us . He is always accessible. Hotel is located at the centre of Istanbul, restaurants, beach , blue mosques everything is within 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended if anyone wants to stay in central Istanbul with reasonable price .

Prima volta a Istanbul
Tuoot perfetto, hotel a pochi passi dalla piazza Sultahanmet, quindi a pochi passi dalla moschea Blu, Santa Sofia e Basilica cisterna. L'hotel è pulito e ha tutto il necessario. Le stanze sono un pò piccole, proprio per questo abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare con la camera 1 al piano terra e ci hanno accontentato. I proprietari, Adam e l'altro, sono davvero cordiali e socievoli, cercano di accontentare ogni richiesta. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Appena arrivati ci e stato detto che avevano un problema con l'acqua calda e quindi avevamo una tripla anziche una doppia. Peccato che non ci fosse l'acqua calda nemmeno li. La mattina seguente facciamo presente la cosa e ci viene detto chr alle 10 arrivera una persona per sistemare il fatto. Alla sera torniamo in camera e ci dicono che è fuoriuscita dell acqua dal termosifone ed aveva bagnato le valigie dunque che ce le avevano aperte e tirato fuori vestiti e messi sul letto. Solo una delle 2 valigie però era stafa svuotata, peccato fossero di fianco, dunque sicuramente l hanno bagnata loro e non una fuoriuscita dal termo. Per l ultima notte ci mandano in un hotel (brutto) vicino perche non hanno risolto problemi con l'acqua. Inaccettabile

Este hotel lo tiene todo, su ubicación es buena, el personal es muy amable y te apoyan con cualquier inquietud que tengas; de las pocas personas que encontramos que hablaban español. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Sin duda volvería de nuevo a este hotel.
