Personal ist sehr freundlich und interessiert einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel anzubieten. Das Deluxe Zimmer hatten einen perfekten und einzigartigen Ausblick auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten! Unser Zimmer befand sich im 7. Stock und war ca. 30m2 groß mit einem Zustellbett für eine 3. Person. Die zwei großen Fenster sind vom Bett aus direkt auf die Sehenwürdigkeitej gerichtet und ein Traum! Im Bad gab es zudem ein Whirlpool welches einwandfrei funktionierte mit Massagefunktion! Kleinen Abzug gibt es für die nicht so einwandfreie Säuberung sowie fehlenden kleinen Accessoires in einem Deluxe Zimmer. Hotel liegt sehr zentral und direkt vor den Anlegestellen der Boote sowie nur 5 Minuten vom Hagia Sophia oder dem Bazar. Hotel ist von überall aus zusehen und direkt über der Zugstation Sirekci!

A small hotel with amazing service.
The staff at the hotel were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Located in a good area to explore Istanbul from. Did have a little trouble finding it initially as it's on a tiny road which was easy to miss but on ringing the hotel someone came to find us! (I did ask his name but unfortunately I've forgotten but it started with Z, thanks Z) Amazing views from the breakfast terrace.

Das schönste an der Unterkunft war der 7. Stock. Man hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf ganz Istanbul, jedoch war der Service dementsprechend. Die Rezeption war sehr gut, doch der Service im 7. Stock katastrophal. Man wurde entweder vergessen, erhielt eine falsche Bestellung oder das Essen, welches auf dem Menu zum Anbieten war, war nie vorhanden. Nur der zuständige Chef im 7. Stock mit dem Anzug war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ansonsten ein sehr gutes Hotel doch der Service ist verbesserungswürdig.

Es hat praktisch keine Aussichtsmöglichkeit bis zu den mittleren Stockwerken - jedoch gibt es im 7. Stock eine tolle Lounge mit wundervollem Ausblick, toller Musik und Drinks. Im Hotel gibt es keinen Alkohol, vermutlich augrund des Respekts ggü. der Moschee gleich nebenan. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber und das Personal höflich.

Location is great. Rooms are small and not fantastic. You can hear the people in the next door rooms. One lift which only fits 4 people at one time. Breakfast is not worth the money. The fridge was not working in my room and I could find any channels on the tv in English. Other than that, we were only there for the weekend and were barely in the room. The service is great and all the staff were really friendly.
