This is a great and comfortable property! Amazing dining is literally outside your door. Close to everything. The front desk and all staff were so kind and helpful. Perfect stay!

I would not stay here again. The property had a negative feeling as soon as we stepped away from the front desk. The room and people were not good, except for the ladies in the massage spa, who were very polite and good at their job. In the room, the bed was old, uncomfortable, and slanted out from the middle on both sides like an 'A' shape. The bathroom fixtures were basically falling off the wall. I couldn't fit my shoulders between the shower wall and the sink. The TV was old, small, and bolted to the wall in a way that couldn't be seen well. The 'ocean view' was better described as a dirty rooftop view. The man who brought the room service gave me back the tip and tried to choose a different bank note from my wallet. The food was poor quality.

Beautiful staff, very very helpful. Downside of if this premises that it does not have parking, in a very congested area and no roads parking. However, staff have one parking space for them, they allowed us to use it during our stay, extra thanks to them. Otherwise, it's almost impossible to fund oarking in the area. Best hotel if you're there for fun and wLk atround the area and use public transportation.

It was overall a good experience. Few things to note is that you have to ask for everything more then once. Kanan, Mert, hussain were nice to talk to and easy to communicate. Especially Mustafa who took care of you entering the hotel to exiting. Couple of things need to bring to management’s attention are fixing the Air condition and please switch it on when Hot. Bathroom fixtures requires some fixing please as the cold water doesnt come contentiously in the tap. Rest assured the accessibility of the famous places is really approachable from this hotel.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful; making very good recommendations and accommodating our needs. The view from our room was magnificent for we had a view of Hagia Sophia on one side and The Blue Mosque on the other.

The staff is amazing. They made us feel at home. Rooms quiet with comfortable beds. Several nice restaurants right outside the hotel. 5 mins walking Hagia Sofia and other attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Outstanding service, great location, good breakfast! We really liked the sauna and Turkish bath at night. We had a family suite, which was two rooms connected by an outer door. It was perfect for our family of 5.
