They lied about laundry service. They didn't have it. Water was cut off for 3-4 hours in one day during my stay. The air conditioner was ruined after some days and after so many calls they changed my room. The reception wasn’t supportive at all! I asked for a restroom (WC) on my check-out day and he said I don’t know!

Avoid it like the pest. Dirty rooms, dirty beddings, tired and indifferent staff. The picture of the rooms are fictious. We ordered two single beds and we were told only one blanket was available.Since it was so dirty anyhow and we were not intending to use it, there was no point arguing.

Smoking allowed in hotel rooms, so whole hotel smelt of cigarette the entire stay. Broken toilet plunger, room was so tiny I could barely move. Window was next to a brick wall, birds kept flying down into it, I could not open my window.

The staff are good in English and helpful. Rooms are good in size and location is close to metro and to shops. The hotel needs to consider having bedsheets and refrigerators in their hotel rooms to get better reviews. Heating was flawed for the economy choice, and the room was underground. Don't go for that option!

We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was a nightmare.we had to change rooms 3 times and refused to change any more. There are cigarette burns on the bed sheets, and under the bed there was cigarette Buds. The showers leak water into the rest of the bathroom. There was pubic hair of other people on the wall of the shower which weren’t cleaned. The second room the toilet seat fell off as soon as we opened the lid they told us they would come and fix it but nobody came for 24 hours and they offered us to change the room. In the third room we couldn’t sleep for 2 days because of very loud moaning noises. We asked for our money back that we did not already stay but they just said no and offers to change our room. We almost stayed in every room of the hotel because every room has a problem and they are not helpful at all. We were going to stay for 15 days but at the end of the 5th day we couldn’t take it any more and we left the hotel. They did not refund our money but said that they will give us hotel credit and we can come and stay anytime. I got in touch with Expedia multiple times and sent them photographic proof of the problems we were having but that was no help either. I recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel. I was there for an exam I was way past studying in the hotel room because of the problems but once it started affecting my sleep I stormed out of the hotel.
