Great value for money near Taksim square
Very friendly staff and nice private apartments in charming area very close to Taksim Square. Highly recommended! A taste of real traditonal Istanbul neighbourhood but with everything next door.

Nice hotel but not well maintained
This used to be my favourite place to stay in Istanbul, but this time it had changed a bit. Room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, TV did not work, internet was slow and useless and I had to ask several times for cleaning and toiletpaper. Friendly staff but the rooms need more attention and care to make sure everything works.

Booked Standard Suite, got Economic Basement Room
When we arrived, we paid 500tl less than we expected. The reason became clear when we got to the room, we got a downgrade from the Standard Suite to the Economic Basement Room. We did not complain because of the discount. At first glance everything looks fine. Cleanliness is not bad, but many things were broken. The toilet was dirty and leaking, we heard constant dripping of water when we went to bed. The fridge was clean, but many of the plastics inside were broken. The kettle works, but the lid was broken. Wi-Fi did not work well, so we had to use our phones for data.
