Otele geldiğimizde 2 saat kapıda bekletildik. kapıya açan dahi olmadı. O kadar bekledikten sonra çalışanların ilgisiz tavırları ile karşılaştık. İçeriye alındığımız da önce otelde su sıkıntısı olduğu için kabul edilmedik. Biz yine kalmak istediğimizi söylediğimiz de oda dağınık kötü durumda sizi alamayız denildi. Kesinlikle hizmet çok kötü telefonlara bakılmıyor. Otel çevresi rezalet yıkık dökük. O alandan sağ salim çıktığımıza şükrediyoruz.

Wir kamen erst sehr spät im Hotel an und freuten uns natürlich auf eine warme Dusche und ein bequemes Bett. Leider war die Vorfreude nicht von langer Dauer. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, sagte man uns, dass wir nicht in diesem Hotel sondern in einer anderen Unterkunft untergebracht werden und schickten uns in ein Partnerhotel. Wir irrten nachts um 0 Uhr durch die Gassen von Istanbul mit unseren Koffern. Das "Hotel" war nicht einmal gekennzeichnet und es dauerte eine Weile bis wir das "Hotel" überhaupt finden konnten. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn Hotel schlecht, Service schlecht alles rundum schlecht!!! Haltet euch fern ich empfehle es keinem weiter!!!

Tek kelimeyle korkunç !
Blue Istanbul Hotel... Bu ayrı bir hoteldir ve sultanahmettedir ve fiyatları daha pahalıdır.. Bu gedikpaşadaki ise bir apart hoteldir. ve fiyatları daha ucuzdur. Yetkililer burda sultahametteki otelin odalarının resimlerini de koyarak bir yanıltmaca yapıyorlar. Gedikpaşadaki apart otel dıştan harabe ve yıkılacak bir bina gibi görünmektedir ve kapısına kasıtlı olarak bir tabela koymuyorlar. O yüzden adrese vardığınızda acaba burası yanlış bir adres mi diye oteli aramak zorundasınız. Çünkü bina çok eski ve harabe görünümünde ve otel olduğunua inanamıyorsunuz Otel yorumlarına baktığınızda çok kimse bu tabela sorununu yazmış, otel görevlisi bunları okuyor ama oralı bile değil ki tabela koysun Ben bir sorun yaşayacağımı hissetmiştim, o yüzden gitmeden önceden arama yaparak rezervasyonu teyit ettirdim ama gene de bir sorun yaşayacağımı hissederekten rezervasyon günü gittiğimde haklı çıktım; boş oda yoktu ! Beni başka bir apart otelde bir gece ağırladılar. Ertesi gün rezervasyonunu yaptığım odaya gittiğimde "temizlendi" denildiği halde leş gibiydi, baştan savma bir temizlik yapılmış belli... havlular artık yer bezi gibi olmuş hiç havları kalmamıştı,paçavra gibiydi Tv tamirdeymiş, klima bakımsız olduğu için ısıtmıyordu, temizletin şunları dedikten sonra ısıtmaya başladı. Rezervasyon yaparken oda özeliklerinde; çay- kahve makinesi yazıyor; yok böyle bişey... güvenlik kasası yazıyor, yok böyle bişey...banyoda sabun bile yoktu..Tek kettle var, o da resepsiyonda.

Eine katastrophe.
Erstmal den Hotel nach 2 stündiger suche gefunden.dann sagten die mir das wäre nicht das gebuchte hotel.dann nach paar strassen und ecken gefunden haben aber kein zimmer frei.ich wurde gefragt ob ich an der haupstelle schon war.ich doof aus der wäsche geguckt wo ich gesehen habe wo wir wieder angekommen waren.diese nacht kein zimmer frei.würden mir aber für die nacht ein appartment wohnung verfügung stellen.ich natürlich drauf eingegangen auch obwohl die ein aufpreis dafür haben wollten. Mfg

Le Blue Istanbul Hotel Gedikpasa n'a d'hôtel que le nom. C'est en fait une annexe du Blue Istanbul Hotel qui se trouve plus loin dans le quartier (je l'ai su plus trad). Il s'agit d'un immeuble de deux étages dont on a réhabilité les différentes pièces en chambre d'hôtel. Vous êtes donc "chez l'habitant". Le propriétaire y vit, il dort même dans le l'entrée-cuisine qui sert de bureau d'accueil. L'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver. Il se situe en plein coeur du quartier historique. L'état des rues est chaotique (rues délabrées, peu éclairées...). Il n' y a pas d'enseigne d'hôtel sur la porte. Vous suivez les conseils des habitants (très aimables) du quartier pour le trouver. Quand je suis arrivé un soir vers 22h, la porte était fermée. Les voisins m'assuraient que c'était bien ici. Très gentiment, ils ont appelé le propriétaire par tél et m'ont fait comprendre qu'il arrivait dans 5 minutes (je pense qu'ils ont l'habitude). J'ai attendu au final 30 mn. J'ai occupé une "double room" qui se situait à l'étage inférieur, donc à la cave. Il y n'a pas de fenêtre (juste 2 lucarnes opaques qui ne s'ouvrent pas et qui donnent sur le trottoir dans la rue). Il y a donc une odeur de renfermé. C'était en août. Il y faisait une chaleur étouffante. Il y a un système de climatisation mais le bruit de l'appareil n'est pas supportable. Surtout, comme la pièce est à côté du hall d'entrée-cuisine et les murs pas épais, vous entendez les conversations du propriétaire jusque tard dans la nuit...

Betrug ,Warnung, falsches Hotel
Achtung ist bei der Buchung Betrug, weil man zum Haupthotel Blue Istanbul geleitet wird bzw die Bilder nicht der realität entsprechen. Hotel schwer zu finden, da es kein Hotel ist sondern eine Absteige ohne Lobby, zugesperrt und ohne Tabelle. Nur wenn man zum Original hotel findet " Blue Istanbul" und nicht das was man gebucht hat "Blue Istanbul gedikpasa" wird man dorthin gebracht, es wird aufgesperrt. "Hotel" war dreckig, alt und unrestauriert, zerfallend, frühstück inkl solls beim laden um die ecke geben wenn mans glaubt. Ich sollte im Keller ohne fenster schalfen weil der Arbeiter vom Haupt hotel Blue istanbul dort noch gehaust hat und ich ja e economy gebucht habe. ich hätte nichtmal woanders geschlafen, man kann in diesem hotel NICHT wohnen. und expedia hat sowas noch im Angebot mit guter Bewertung, schande

Perfectly Acceptable Hotel in a Great Location
In a popular but inaccessible part of Istanbul. Major sites are a walk away but roads are hard to walk on with very steep inclines. Hotels in this area are usually poor. This one was a pleasant surprise in terms of cleanliness and general facilities. If you expect a European standard, you may be disappointed but keep your expectations realistic and its fine. The location is tremendous- some fab restaurants nearby plus transport links.

Ik vond alleen de hotel personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor de rest staat de hotel in een straat met allemaal vuilniszakken. Omdat de gemeente nog niet zeker is over een vergunning uitdelen. Dus zo prettig was het niet. We zijn naar twee dagen ergens anders gegaan ipv 10 dagen hebben geboekt.

Viaggio fantastico ma qualche pecca sull'hotel. Appena arrivati non c'era nessuno ad aprirci. abbiamo atteso 40 minuti. Era questo il problema principale. il ragazzo alla reception spesso era assente...idem quando si staccò la caldaia e facemmo la doccia fredda perchè non c'era nessuno a cui dirlo e che la riavviasse. Siamo stati 6 notti e la camera non ci è mai stata rifatta. ero io a rifare i letti e a chiedere asciugamani e lenzuola , che mi venivano sempre gentilmente date. Le stanze sono carine (la migliore all'ultimo piano), ma la zona è molto rumorosa e le tende non sono oscuranti. Per cui dalle 7 del mattino avrete già il sole in faccia a meno che non alloggiate nel seminterrato. La colazione non la servono più (ma non ce l'hanno comunicato), quindi per non perdere le colazioni già pagate al momento della prenotazione siamo andati quasi tutti i giorni all hotel principale (di cui questo è solo una succursale) che distava circa 12 minuti a piedi...e in salita! Ah...non c'è un insegna fuori...solo una porta verde in ferro e vetro, di fronte a un fabbricante di scarpe. Se non cercate il lusso e il silenzio e vi va di fare un pò di attività fisica vi troverete bene in questo posto ;) Ma deve assolutamente esserci più presenza in reception e più attenzioni verso gli ospiti. Dopotutto è un Hotel...non la casa privata di qualcuno!

We booked this hotel one month ahead n once checked in feb 7th .we were told hotel was full n asked (5 persons member of a family) to moved to a apartment one bedroom suite 10 mins walk away from the hotel n slept on sofabed it is not proper hotel room we paid for it .n when we checkout 8 nights later n left our luggage at reception in the morning since ours flight was 7pm n came back at 3pm n was told by 2 persons senior management staff that we damaged their TV hidden beneath the sofa bed that we didnt even see at all n what a plave to hidden a TV under a sofa bed n blamef us for the damaged TV and was forced to paid 700 lira despite we called the tourist police to proved our innocent.bcoz we only have 4 hrs to catch a international flight back home .reluctantly we forced to paid to settled the dispute bcoz the police said we need 5 hrs of police investigation n report .so be careful of the scammed we have encountered .it is sad after this incident we don't really missed turkey after this frightening experienced we had with children n elderly person in the family

Central location but bit of a steep hill to get to local attractions, great exercise in the morning. Hotel is small but room excellent and staff very attentative, it is situated in a bustling area just off the main sultanahmet area. Would recommend and use again.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft,das Zimmer war im Keller. Die ganze Nacht über war immer Unruhe und eine Lautstärke in diesem Haus, das eine ungestörte Nachtruhe nicht möglich war. Als Hotel würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht bezeichnen. Der bestellte Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat auch nicht geklappt, angeblich war der Fahrer vor Ort, für uns aber nicht sichtbar. Trotzdem mussten wir den Transfer bezahlen.

très bon rapport qualité prix
Nous avions demandé à disposer d'une terrasse ce qui a été respecté. Nous avons pu faire imprimer des documents gratuitement. Nous avons été installé dans l'annexe de l'hôtel qui est une maison vieille de 200 ans en plein milieux d'un quartier typique d'Istanbul. Il n'y avait que 4 chambres et une personne très sympathique à demeure pour préparer les petits déjeunés et nous aider dans toutes nos demandes. . Avec un rapport qualité/prix très intéressant.
