All the staff very friendly and very helpfull. Ilyass was realy great by helping me to book transport for me and my family. He was great at showing me how to get to places using public transport . Traditional Old City Hotel
We arrived before check-in, and I was pleasantly greeted with the news that a room was ready. Borhan introduced us to the hotel, and even brought us a lovely Turkish coffee to welcome us to Turkey. Our stay went perfectly. Great location between Guilhame Tram Stop and Eminou. Easy walk everywhere, including the Bosphorus River. Breakfast was excellent, and the room met our needs. Housekeeping was fantastic, the room was serviced in the morning, so when we returned, it was already cleaned. We would stay here again.
