My wife had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of her. The room was clean and adequate. The only complaint was the noise level from the street. The breakfast was okay.

When we got there the room i stayed in was hot. After troubleshooting the a/c with no luck, the staff immediately accommodated us to a different room where it was perfect temperature plus I had the option to open the window. I really liked this hotel because of its location to transit, shopping, and food options. Truly the only issue I can say are that the beds are extremely uncomfortable, making getting rest difficult. If you can - I would stay in what seems to be the more historical portion of the property. It’s really beautiful, whereas the area that we stayed in was a little disappointing.
