"You could see (and hear!) the water from the balcony. Well situated, centrally located. But there was a scent (mold? mildew) in the kitchen, master bath and master bedroom closets that was impossible to cover (tho clearly, attempts had been made). Timing was unfortunate for us, too, since major construction was happening on the floor above the bedroom. We loved Fuengirola, though, and walked miles along the spectacular Paseo Maritimo, which is just outside the door. Lots of restos and a small...

"We had a lovely stay. Mijas is an ideal location, even in winter. Lots of shops and restaurants open and wonderful views and sunsets. It was a good base for hiking too. The flat was exactly as described and we had everything we needed and wanted. Very nice and the views were just amazing. I couldn’t stop taking photos! "
