"The service personel are friendly and even though they do not speak english and just a little german we managed. The rooms where fine but the bed was hard with a dip in it. The hotel promises WIFI and even though the signal was there it did not work at all. There is not much activities around but there looked like it had a playground walking distance from the hotel. The food in the evening we had (not much as we hadn't reserved anything) was good."

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."
