This furnished home is located in Issaquah, a Seattle suburb at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains with jaw-dropping scenery. The quaint Gilman Village, a historic shopping area, features boutiques and eateries housed in restored buildings. Feel like going outside and hiking? Check out Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park, a go-to spot for outdoor enthusiasts. This is a family-friendly city that’s home to Lake Sammamish State Park, where lakeside picnics and water activities abound. Issaquah is also where the parades and arts and crafts exhibits during the Salmon Days Festival takes place every year.

This Blueground house has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for six months, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
