House only 700 feet from fantastic sand beach (look at the pictures), located in Santa Maria del Focallo, Ispica Mare (prov. Ragusa - Italy), resort awared Blue Flag and Green Flag (sea ancd beach clean - baby friendly beach) by FEE (Foundation for Enviromental Education).
Very quiet location, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Nearby there are only other holiday homes, the countryside and the sea.
Mini market, tobacco shop, bar and restaurants just a couple of minutes from the house.

Un angolo di paradiso.
*Casa pulita, comoda ed atteggiata. Posizione ottima per stare al mare fino a sera in pace e relax. Dieci minuti di auto da Marzamemi per la vita mondana. Accanto a Pozzallo per spesa parrucchiere e qualsiasi necessità. La proprietaria è una persona deliziosa. Non trovo altre parole per trasmettere l'emozione di una vacanza perfetta. GRAZIE.

Vacanza perfetta!
Casa piuttosto confortevole, si presenta come nelle foto pubblicate nel sito. Molto comoda la veranda, dove è molto piacevole pranzare e cenare o trascorrere le giornate quando non si è al mare. La spiaggia è fantastica e dalla casa si raggiunge in un attimo a piedi, poco affollata e con anche un piccolo chiosco-bar. La posizione della casa è ideale per chi decide di trascorrere una vacanza lontano dal caos ma nemmeno troppo isolati. Per fare la spesa occorre prendere l’auto, ma gli alimentari più vicini si raggiungono in meno di 5 minuti e sono tutti sulla stessa strada, che poi è il lungomare che costeggia la spiaggia. A chi piace la movida suggerisco di passare la sera a Marzamemi, che si raggiunge in auto in 15/20 minuti. Ottimo punto di partenza per fare delle escursioni nelle località più caratteristiche del ragusano e del siracusano come Scicli, Modica e Noto. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Una bella vacanza
Abbiamo trascorso qui una settimana di vacanza, un posto perfetto per chi ama la quiete e il silenzio. L'accesso alla spiaggia è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi e il mare della Sicilia è lì ad attenderti su questa lunghissima spiaggia di sabbia dorata. A pochi minuti di auto si trova tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno: ristoranti, supermercati, bar e anche qualche spiaggia atrezzata e poi è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitarte la parte sudorientale della Sicilia, per intenderci quella swgnatamente barocca. Consigliata.

vacanza bellissima
abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa molto bella e funzionale. tranquilllità e tutti i servizi necessari a trascorrere con gli amici una bella vacanza. cena in terrazza vista mare , notti senza caldo , fantastica la doccia esterna tornati dalla spiaggia. opportunità di visitare tutti i principali centri per la posizione , spiaggia comodissima , mare bello. Alessandra è molto disponibile ....che dire molto contenti. La consiglierei sicuramente.

Lontano dal caos della città
Casa molto accogliente,esattamente com'è descritta dalle foto. La consiglio soprattutto a famiglie con bimbi dato il grande spazio esterno in cui i bimbi possono giocare ma in ogni caso va benissimo per chiunque voglia godere un po'di relax lontano dal caos della città. Il mare è vicinissimo e le spiagge sono fantastiche,secondo me tra le zone più belle della Sicilia. L'unica scomodità è dettata dal fatto che bisogna usare la macchina per fare la spesa,ma pozzallo si trova ad un paio di km quindi è facile raggiungerlatra l'altro lungo la strada prima di arrivare a pozzallo ci sono panifici dove acquistare le buonissime scacce da gustare sulla spiaggia.La posizione è ottima per raggiungere anche noto modica e ragusa ibla. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e la casa è pulitissima. Molto comoda la doccia esterna da usare di ritorno dal mare, per non parlare del terrazzo da cui si gode il meraviglioso cielo stellato!

Vacanze Ispica mare
Vacanza bellissima in posto fantastico, spiagge per nulla affollate e soprattutto bellissime e PULITISSIME. Casa vicino al mare raggiungibile a piedi, l'unica pecca e che per raggiungere negozi, supermercati e lungomare bisogna raggiungere Pozzallo (sta a 5 min di auto) ma vale la pena soprattutto di sera e' bella sia per gli adulti che per i bambini. La casa e' spaziosa e funzionale ed ha una veranda sfruttabile in tutto e per tutto, comodissima anche la doccia esterna e i padroni di casa sono molto gentili , affidabili e precisi. Vi consiglio di andarci perché ne vale la pena e se vi piace girare per paesini troverete tutto a pochi kilometri da casa.

Magnifique endroit pour vacances reposantes
Maison très bien située, à quelques pas d'une plage de sable fin ; La maison est grande, idéale pour une famille avec des enfants ; La douche extérieure est parfaite et bien venue lorsque l'on rentre de la plage ; Pour visiter la région baroque de la Sicile, c'est le lieu idéal ! C'est un coin de la Sicile qui est sans doute moins touristique que les autres et du coup pas trop de monde ! La propriétaire est très accueillante ! Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances !

Casa confortevole e mare incantevole
La casa si presenta esattamente come nelle foto pubblicate nell'annuncio, è piuttosto comoda e molto vicina al mare. La cucina è dotata pressoché di tutto e la casa dispone di una grande veranda dove è piacevolissimo pranzare/cenare e passare il tempo (specie se si hanno dei bambini). Nonostante la mancanza di climatizzatori, non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo in quanto la zona è sempre molto ventosa. La spiaggia ed il mare vicini alla casa (si raggiungono a piedi in meno di 1 minuto) sono fantastici, sempre puliti e mai affollati (con l'eccezione del weekend, ma comunque mai in modo eccessivo), ideali per le famiglie con bambini piccoli. Per spostarsi occorre la macchina in quanto il centro abitato più vicino dove fare la spesa dista circa 3 km. Consiglio a tutti di visitare nel pomeriggio o la sera i paesi vicini, soprattutto Noto, Scicli, Modica e Ragusa. La proprietaria è molto gentile e ci ha dato molti suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare.

La vacanza ideale
Il di ubicazione della villa, la zona chiamata Marza/Santa Maria del Focallo, è meravigliosamente rigogliosa di specie vegetali che colorano e profumano il paesaggio e questa esplosione di natura entra nel cuore. La sensazione è quella di trovarsi in un paradiso meridionale, non deturpato da urbanizzazione selvaggia e privatizzazione degli spazi pubblici, ma ricchissimo di comodità a portata di mano. Ho trascorso due settimane in completo relax e questo è stato possibile grazie all'impeccabilità dell'abitazione: fresca, pulita, dotata di tutti i servizi che un soggiorno al mare richiede (due bagni, un'ulteriore e spaziosa cabina doccia esterna, piacevolissima nelle giornate più calde, una cucina nuova e molto funzionale, ampi spazi comuni e tre luminose e profumatissime camere da letto). Ciò che più ho apprezzato, in perfetta linea con la mia idea di soggiorno atto ad allontanare la mia mente dalle incombenze e dalle spiacevolezze della città, è stata la meraviglia di trovare gli odori da cucina, nel giardino di casa, piante aromatiche e soprattutto il finocchietto selvatico con cui ho preparato un buonissimo piatto, davvero bio e davvero a km zero. Un altro dato da non trascurare è l'acqua del rubinetto: non solo potabile, ma dolcissima nel gusto. La mia esperienza, alla luce delle mie aspettative, non può essere stata altro che paradisiaca ed è impossibile non renderne atto alla proprietaria di casa, solerte e precisa, nonché infinitamente gentile e sempre disponibile. Io mi sento obbligata a consigliare la scelta di questo luogo a tutti, quasi fosse una missione personale, perché il luogo è magico e le emozioni di quella vacanza sono ancora vive in me. Un ultimo dettaglio non di poco conto è quello relativo alla praticità della zona, non lontano da bar, servizi e locali che somministrano le prelibatezze del territorio; inoltre la villa si trova a una manciata di km dalle località più gettonate dal turismo di massa, qualora si abbia in mente l'idea di intervallare la quiete di una sugggestiva spiaggia solitaria con i colori e i suoni della movida di Marzamemi.

Home from home
Perfect location: the house is 200m from a sandy beach normally not overcrowded (OK on ferragosto, 15/8, there were lots of people but it is a bank holiday) and 500 m from a beautiful cove with sea caves and lots of snorkelling opportunities (and this was not even crowded at the weekends). It is also a convenient exploration point for the South-East corner of Sicily, heart of the Sicilian Baroque (Noto, Ragusa Ibla, Ispica, Modica, Scicli... ), the Montalbano places and unique sites like the Vendicari nature reserve and Pantalica. Relaxing and homely: with three energetic boys I always worry about practical aspects... this house had it all: plenty of space for the washing and pegs (I had brought a few just in case), lots of plastic dinnerware and lots of kitchen utensils (again I brought some essentials in case – not needed), robust BBQ, built-in / sheltered outside shower. There is no kettle (a challenge for tea lovers like us), microwave or toaster. The TV is tiny but working well (unlike previous houses we had) and with a USB-ready digital box. Safe: it has a clever alarm system, an electric gate, ample easy parking and lots of private outdoor space.

Vacanza Tranquilla
L'alloggio è conforme alla descrizione ed è molto comoda, sopratutto la veranda. Come attrezzature non manca nulla, il contesto è molto tranquillo e rilassante. La padrona di casa è molto simpatica e presente per ogni problema, al mare ci si può arrivare a piedi in una spiaggia pulita e poco frequentata con un mare cristallino. La posizione dell'appartamento è ideale per visitare i paesi nelle vicinanze come Marzamemi, Modica, Marina di Ragusa ecc. Sicuramente da consigliare per chi vuole una vacanza in tranquillità e perchè no potrei anche ritornarci il prossimo anno.

Haus mit LIcht und Schatten
Hausübergabe bei An- und Abreise einwandfrei. Prinzipiell sauber, aber viele Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Zwei besonders unschöne Dinge war ein völlig verschimmelter Holzkochlöffel im Schrank und auch das Kochgeschirr (Espressomaschine, Pfanne) war in einem erbarmungswürdigen Zustand. Man hat gesehen, dass die Besitzerin bemüht ist (ein paar neue Gartenmöbel) Dinge zu verbessern. Die Lage zum Stand ist toll (200m). Auch sollte der Platz hinter dem Haus aufgeräumt werden. Insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gerade noch akzeptabel.

pace, mare e cultura
La casa è confortevole e adattissima per una vacanza al mare in completo relax anche con bambini, soprattutto grazie agli spazi esterni; abbiamo molto apprezzato la veranda, ideale per mangiare e godersi il fresco. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile; la casa è a due passi da una spiaggia molto pulita e mai sovraffollata. I dintorni offrono itinerari meravigliosi per l'arte, la cultura e la natura, senza dimenticare la gastronomia e una pasticceria spettacolare. Senz'altro da consigliare.

Very convenient for beach
Roomy, fully fitted and furnished, very clean. Quite remote, so a car is essential. The one downside - the grounds that it is set in are very harsh - no plants, and mesh fencing, resulted in a prison compound feel to the villa. Please Please plant it up it would look great.

"La maison a été plus que confortable et au delà de toute attente. La propriété est très bien aménagée et entretenue, les chambres très propres, une très grande cuisine et salle à manger confortables. Idéal pour passer des nuits à l''extérieur afin d''écouter les vagues de la mer. On y trouve la tranquillité d''une maison où on peut passer des vacances idéales, loin de tout bruit de la ville et très proche d''une plage super. Un point de plus: la gentillesse du propriétaire est au rendez-vous."
