"We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. "The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised. The concierge is very helpful and even left us...

"Very clean, good value for money, excellent service, great area near the bus stop and a couple of restaurants and a bakery. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the couch and beds were quite uncomfortable. Although hard beds are common in Japan, we all found these ones to be very hard, the couch was also uncomfortable which was a shame after a day of skiing all you want is to be comfortable. We would stay here again though, but next time we’d bring some air beds to put on top of the mattresses."
