"This property is the hidden gem of the Tuscany region and is a must stay for anyone visiting the area. Our room was large enough for 3 adults (loft area with a single bed) and the view from the suite was spectacular. Breakfast was also fantastic (not included but worth the 10 euro per person). "Best hosts on our trip so far. Amazing town and in March during mid week it was quiet and seemed all to ourselves. Shockingly surprising was how baby friendly it was. Two parks for our baby on either end of the village. We hated to leave but will recomend to others to make it a must on their Italy trip "

"The hostess did what she could to fix the issues, but the listing should be made more accurate. It is actually a shared apartment with other renters. The private part is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. "This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! It's small, but serviced and supported very well by the staff at the restaurant. "
