"Great views at breakfast but not in room. Staff was courteous, prompt, and breakfast felt catered. It was nice being just outside of the main streets, making walks into Cefalu easy (hilly), and giving us peace and quiet for sleeping. The walls are a little thin, you can sometimes hear people in the hallway. "

Easy 15-minute walk from the train station - taxis are available, but definitely taking advantage of the short trip to the center with the prices they charge. The hotel is in an older building. "During 8 weeks touring Italy as a family of 4 (2 children), this was our favourite accommodation by far. Very clean second story flat with more than enough room for us. The place has lots of character and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a lengthy stay. Lots of beach toys and furniture included. Minutes walk to the beach and great shops all within the historic centre. Great value. Great communication from the host as well. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alvise’s country cottage! He was incredibly friendly and helpful as a host. The location has a beautiful view and lots of privacy, which was more than worth the price. We were able to get some much needed rest and visit the surrounding sites, such as Cefalù, with ease.
