"The Royal Albion is a lovely hotel, offers a traditional atmosphere and stylish decor. Great location, overlooking Viking Bay with easy access to the beach and charming town. The sea-facing rooms offer stunning views across the bay. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast is a highlight. It's delicious, best one I have had in an UK B&B, offering a variety of delicious options, including cooked-to-order choices, it goes well beyond the standard full English breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay andwould love to go back."

The breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to some stunning local beaches. "We stayed in the David Bowie room which was fantastically decorated as was the matching bathroom. All rooms were immaculately clean and full of character and charm. There was a great choice of breakfasts which were beautifully prepared, and presented in the lovely ArtDeco dining room. Kat & Richard were wonderful hosts - so friendly and passionate about their Home/B&Bs history, themes and decor. We were celebrating a Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We felt very welcome and even had balloons and cake provided! It really is fantastic, fun and friendly place to stay."

"The hotel has a slightly unusual exterior—possibly a converted building from the old Manston airfield—but don’t let that put you off. Inside, the facilities are simple, but everything is immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. The rooms are very tidy and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, helpful, and exceptionally accommodating. They even went out of their way to rearrange furniture to create a dog-friendly space for breakfast. A great stay if you value cleanliness and warm hospitality."
