Description:
“Palms Away” is a hidden gem in the Grand Pavilion community. Professionally decorated, every detail has been considered for you and your family to have the best vacation on the Isle of Palms. The living room is perfectly appointed with comfortable furnishings, large television and a private deck which is surrounded by palm trees providing cool shade on the warmest of days. The well-equipped kitchen has been renovated with new stainless-steel appliances and hard surface countertops.
One of the unique features of “Palms Away” is that each of the four bedrooms are spacious, with its own environmental controls, television, and private bath. The first level bedroom is perfect for the kids with three twin beds. Up one floor, there are two guest bedrooms. The first features a king bed and the other two full beds. Finally, the top floor is highlighted with the master bedroom. The large all new bath is a delight in the master bedroom, plus there is an open deck with peeks of the ocean. Great care has been taken in choosing the décor of each bedroom with an emphasis on comfort.
The Grand Pavilion community is the center of Wild Dunes, a resort development on the northern end of the Isle of Palms. Two assigned parking spaces.
Two cars may park in un-assigned parking spaces on a first come basis.
Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents. Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.
