Description:
“Out of the Blue” would like to welcome you to 180 degrees of sweeping ocean views. Featuring both a roof top deck and large screen porch, “Out of the Blue” offers one of the best oceanfront views in beautiful Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms.
With its perfect location on the top floor at the end of the building, the living room, master suite and kitchen each offer a wonderful space with oceanfront views. Both the living room and master suite open to the screen porch, which will allow you to enjoy the sounds of the surf in addition to the panoramic beach views.
The main level features the living area. A perfect retreat, after a full day on the beach or in Historic Charleston, that is highlighted with bright beach colors. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living area. The kitchen on the first level is well equipped, but you might be distracted when preparing a meal with its ocean views. Finally, the main level features the oceanfront master suite, with a king bed and full bath.
A spiral staircase will bring you to the second level where an oceanfront rooftop deck provides a spectacular view of the Atlantic, beach, and ocean vessels both entering and exiting Charleston Harbor.
“Out of the Blue” is in the Port O Call community in Wild Dunes and features an oceanfront swimming complex. The beach is wide and clean. An offshore sandbar at low tide will often create smooth, almost lake like effect making it wonderful for wading in the salt water with small children. At high tide, waves roll past the sandbar making the surf fun for riding. It is the best of both worlds.
