Located directly on the beachfront of Isle of Palms, this 1Bedroom/1Bathroom, 1st floor condo offers immediate access to sandy beaches and clear waters, perfect for a variety of water activities or just a peaceful stroll along the shore. Step into a living space where tropical inspiration meets modern convenience. This condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring teak balcony furniture, a queen-sized bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, all surrounded by stylish, nautical-themed decor. The kitchen is fully equipped for your dining needs including updated kitchen crisp white cabinets, full-sized stainless-steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and bar seating for casual dining. The kitchen includes a Keurig, and an Ice maker for guest convenience. Your private balcony, accessible via sliding doors, provides a serene spot to unwind while listening to the soothing ocean waves.

The bathroom was recently renovated with a beautifully tiled walk in shower with glass sliding doors. Updated Vanity and lighting in the bathroom to enhance your stay in Sea Cabin 102. There is one bottom bunkbed for additional storage. This rental includes a Smart + cable TV with a DVD player in the living room, a TV in the bedroom (Cable only), and ceiling fans installed throughout the unit. Linens included. No smoking. No Pets.

Sea Cabin A
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were bugs in unit and the wifi didn't work all week. Very hard to work when you are working off of your phone. Management was made aware of the situation. Management sprayed for bugs, nothing on the wifi. Housekeeping showed up a day before our check out and seemed very confused that we had a Sunday checkout. Will not be staying again.

Solid Condo & Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall- This is a great property to stay at. It was conveniently located to the beach & to the events I was attending. The condo is cute, good layout and would work great for 1-2 people. Anymore would be too cozy. The kitchen had most appliances, serving pieces. It was nice to see the condo was more updated than the pictures used when I booked. Now on the needs to be improved side. The bed is awfully uncomfortable. After 5 days, I couldn't wait to not sleep on it anymore. Make sure to bring your own sheet & pillows, since these are not high quality. The coffeemaker was missing the pot (which i reported at the management office) and some of the silverware and dishes had dried food on them. All easily solved by washing them - which I did. My biggest concern was that a condo was being updated and I could hear the whirring of a saw at random hours of the day. This was only a problem in the evening for me. Overall-While my concerns are above, I would still rebook here or in this complex next year. The location is the winner on this.

Loved the privacy aspect of the balcony, but 1st floor view suffered from being so close to the dunes. Love the location of Sea Cabins in the IOP "business district" access to pier and small variety of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Location is always my first consideration for a place to stay and this is it!

First floor location prevented a view of beach, but we liked having less stairs to climb. This was our second year staying in this unit for the month of March. Cozy Stay with Gorgeous View

I was working from home due to the pandemic, and this was the perfect place to stay. The cabin has comfortable furniture and is kept very clean. I loved watching the sunset from the patio. This cabin was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and had modern appliances. I used the coffee maker and other appliances every day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Bad smell and mold

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a horrible smell in the condo. Mold was present in numerous areas of the condo. Mainly by the vents. The couch was far from comfortable and the curtain was partially falling off the wall. Screen was partially pulled out of the sliding door. Everything in the utility closet was moldy. The bed throw pillows had mold on them. No, I didn't notify management because the entire place needed completely cleaned. We do have pictures. We didn't want to have to find different accommodations or hassle with it. I'm confident that Island Realty would have done something about it but with covid, I didn't wanna deal with it to be honest. We just used our own items and made the best of it. The location was fantastic and we appreciated the proximity to all things beachy. The star of the condo was the bed, very comfy!! Yes, I would stay with Island Realty again but definitely not this condo. I kept looking at the little note left by the housekeeper and the inspector thinking this is acceptable to someone?!?!

Needs Attention

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week in IOP, however unit 102A needs attention. Very musty smell upon arrival, mold starting to accumulate on hallway ceiling and in bathroom. Baseboards were very dirty, especially in the kitchen. Food splatter on the wall. Was not swept well. Housekeeping has not done a good job. We kept thermostat on 70-72 however the unit was not very comfortable. It stayed hot all week, didn’t stay very cool even with fans running. Towel bar in bathroom was broken. I will not be staying in this unit again.
