This lovely third floor condo has the best views in the community. See all the way to the Morris Island lighthouse from the balcony and Wild Dunes from the front door. Just steps from the beach, private fishing pier, Isle of Palms County Park, and pool.

The condo has been updated with laminate flooring and tasteful beach decor. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a delicious meal.

The cozy bedroom, typical to the Sea Cabins, has a queen size bed and full bathroom access. The hallway includes two cot-style bunk beds, which makes a fun sleeping spot for the kids! There is a queen-sized sofa bed, if needed.

Great Location And Amazing View
The property had amazing views of the shoreline and you could hear the surf from our balcony! Lots of places to walk to for coffee, breakfast or dinner (and happy hour too!). The only downside was the “smell” in our unit - it may have been the cleaning products or laundry soaps? During the day we kept the front door open and the balcony door. O no issue. At night I had issues sleeping in the bedroom as the window did not open so I slept in the living room to catch the ocean breeze. An unexpected downside to our stay.

Great views!
The view from the balcony was perfect! The area was safe and had all kinds of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! The condo itself could use a little TLC.

Great location, condo needs a lot of updating
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at the condo. Location was amazing. Right by the beach with great ocean view from the balcony. The condo was smaller than we expected. There is no possible way 4 people can fit as listed. Maybe 1 child but it’s a small 1 bedroom with 2 tiny bunks in a closet. Seemed like the condo was falling apart. Someone mentioned in a review a year ago that the ceiling fan looked like it was about to collapse. Still hasn’t been fixed. It didn’t appear that the condo was cleaned well before our arrival. The management company did refund our cleaning fee so I will say they were very responsive and fair. We didn’t spend much time in the condo and did enjoy the location.

The space was very tidy with very comfy beds! My 11 y/o twins loved the bunkie beds and slept great! The furniture was dated but quite comfy. Our family ate in 2 of the nights there and there was EVERYTHING we needed to cook meals. The view was very pretty and the walk to the beach and pool was QUICK! There were plenty of pillows and towels for us all. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. The bedroom was small but we just moved out of our luggage and into the closet and drawers. The kids slid their suitcases under the bottom bunk like drawers so it kept our things out of the way to make the most of the space. Easy right off the staircase parking and even easier check in! Loved everything!!

We loved the close proximity to the pool, beach, and private dock. It was in walking distance to some great food, beverages, and great views. The only set back was that photos on the listing appeared to be a bit more spacious. We did find the bedrooms and living space a bit crammed. But that forced us to enjoy the great views of the ocean from our balcony, to the use the pool and stroll on the beach, etc.

Was pleased with the facility. The kitchen was well stocked with pots , pans, and utensils. More-so than anywhere else we stayed. Bed was very comfortable. It has a mini fridge which was perfect for us. Being on the third floor was a pain to haul our luggage and groceries. However, the third floor has great views.

Good place
While the unit technically sleeps 4, it would be tight to have 4 there the whole time. Nothing fancy about the place, which is fine for spending most of your time on the beach. However, the ceiling fan in the living room really should be repaired (it looks like it’s about to fall), and there are several boards of the floor the are coming up and will be sharp tripping b hazards. They need to be nailed/glued back down.

Small living unit that would be crowded with more than a couple. Unit is somewhat dated and of average quality. Check in process was smooth. Beach and pier access are excellent. Some communications made me feel like I was an untrusted college student instead of a valued guest.

Great location, cute, needs some updating!
This property was cute and the location was wonderful. The sofa and easy chair need to be replaced as they are stained and worn and honestly make it hard to relax. There are some items that have been updated, but it could really use a few more items updated to make it more comfortable and feel clean!

Would Definitely Rent This Property Again When Staying In Isle of Palms!!!
Nothing at all negative to say about this property!! It was perfect for my wife and I. Clean, great balcony ocean view, excellent experience! Cable TV in the living, and bedroom. The private beach and pier were so nice! The public beach was to the left side of the pier, and was really crowded. However, the private beach at Sea Cabins was scarcely populated. Loved it!!! And letting ONLY the residents of Sea Cabins utilize their private beach seemed to be pretty strictly enforced. Also, had seen in some negative reviews about the bed. My wife and I could not understand this. It slept like a dream!!! And we had no need at all to contact the owner while there. Everything was as described in the check-in process. Although, I had spoken with them before the trip, and they were very pleasant and helpful. If we had of needed them there is no doubt they would have been there for us. Will try and get this unit anytime we decide to go to IOP!

Wonderful place
The unit was lovely. My first impression was a condo that is well maintained, smelled clean, FELT clean, and that made for an awesome stay. The bed was very comfy and the shower was nice and clean. I keep emphasizing "clean" because I could tell that the place had actually been cared for because it wasn't the typical wipedown and linen change most places get. We love Sea Cabins and this is the first time we've rented a Sweetgrass Property. We will use them directly next time because the vrbo fees were outrageously expensive. I'm a vrbo customer since day one and now I have to pursue other options for future trips. Vrbo is wonderful and I don't mind paying fees, but it was several hundred dollars more, which I regret. As far as the condo and our stay....perfect! Lots of good memories. Thank you Sweetgrass.

Sea Cabin on the Isle of Palms
The condo was clean, modest in size but well laid out. The balcony provided us with a wonderful view of the ocean. The management company was very responsive to our requests, replacing a stuck screen door within hours. Good communication. The 300-level condos in the Sea Cabin complex are on the third floor of a building without elevators, which may be a consideration for some.
