*** While NO construction is needed in Building "D," the rest of the complex will be undergoing a siding and window replacement project beginning November 4th, 2024. Work being done in the complex should conclude by March 8th, 2025.***

Here, a lush lawn peppered by mature trees is the only thing standing between you and the perfect serenity of the beach. Inside, comfortable coastal décor, hardwood floors and the fully renovated unit are the perfect setting for your next vacation.
From the screened porch, watch the ebb and flow of the Atlantic while you soak in the sweet-salt air. Or enjoy the Port O Call community pool STRICTLY for Port O Call guests only.

With the beach just steps away and the seaside Wild Dunes Links close by, the Abby Villa is perfect for those that desire some fun to go alongside ample rest and relaxation.

As a guest you will have close access to the Links and Harbor Courses within Wild Dunes, The Sand and Sea Spa & various dining options within the Wild Dunes community. Enjoy the quiet streets, bike or stroll away from the hustle of the main part of the island. If you are looking to soak in the history and charm of the area head into Charleston, just a 30-minute drive to world class dining, shopping, and entertainment. On your way take the scenic route through romantic Sullivan's Island and stop for some of the locals favorite dining options- then meander through the “Old Village” and enjoy the architecture of Mount Pleasants hidden gem. Our local property management staff will be available to you in the case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable to the area in case you need assistance with amenities, planning and logistics prior to arrival. Housekeeping during your stay is not included, but a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at time of booking.

If I had a beachfront condo this is what I would want. Comfortable, tastefully decorated, amazing view, covered screened porch. We enjoyed our relaxing 4 days here and can not wait to come back.

Wonderful place!
This place was awesome! It was exactly as advertised. We loved the location, the short walk to the beach, and they have everything you need for a great vacation. We didn’t use any of their beach stuff, but they had boogie boards and chairs and other stuff that could be used. We LOVED the screened in porch and had all of our meals there, except when it was raining.

So Peaceful
We love IOP and have made many memories there. We have only ever stayed in a house before with all our family. Since it was just us 4 this time we decided to try Port O Call. Wild dunes was absolutely perfect and our condo was so peaceful. We will be returning in November and can’t wait! We had the best time ever.

#661 was terrific! We just loved the screened porch(had breakfast out there every day,even in the rain)Our visit was wonferful in spite of poor weather(huricane Frances),there was enough to do(shop,movies,plantation tour)to keep us busy.Next time we hope to get a tan too!

Lovely view, well-equipped comfortable condo. Nicely updated but older building so upstairs noise easily heard and could be very noisy in busy season with voices easily echoing from several buildings. No way to prevent light in bedroom since shade couldn’t be lowered completely and shades for door were opaque Heated pool would be a big plus. Rental agent very responsive and easily reached.

Allen, We love the condo. The property was very beautiful and convenient and the beach was close and wonderful! The kitchen amenities were first rate and we like having a washer and dryer right there in the condo. The fruit basket was very much appreciated very fresh and the extra goodies we loved. March Getaway
We love the location of Port o' Call. Our host did a wonderful job supplying the place with all of the comforts of home and more!! Beach towels & chairs, along with an assortment of umbrellas aided us for great days at the beach! We walked the 3 mile loop around Wild Dunes every morning and made a great breakfast using all of the kitchen supplies in the unit. I really loved the plastic baggies for any leftover! The unit looked exactly like the pictures and the place was spotless. The welcome bottle of Cabernet (my favorite!) and the bathrobes were a nice touch. We had a marvelous time and definitely look forward to staying here again!

Charleston Vacation
We came to Charleston for 10 days for a vacation and to visit our grandchildren. From the moment we walked in Abby Villa we felt at home. The home was spotless and very welcoming. Our view of the ocean was wonderful. I only wish it had been warmer so we could have left our bedroom door open to her the waves.....next time we will come a little later in the spring . The washer and dryer was needed and used daily. Our walks on the beach were very relaxing and because the beach was not crowded, we enjoyed them both in the morning and evening. All in all, our stay at Abby Villa, Port of Call D203, was a vacation that we will remember and we will be back!

My husband and I visited the area for my 40th birthday. We arrived around 10:00 pm to a bottle of wine and wine glasses waiting for us on the counter in the foyer. The lamps and tv were on. It was so cozy and welcoming. The condo was perfect! It was clean, decorated beautifully and you could see the beach from every room. It was just what we needed. We played cards at night on the screened in porch. The resort was very quiet and nice. We’ll definitely be making this an annual trip. Thanks for everything, Robin!

One of our new favorite VRBO's! This property was immaculate in every way. Perfectly clean, interior furnishings are brand new, decorated beautifully. Great communication from property manager, no issues getting in and out. This condo has been recently updated and looks and feels brand new inside. Especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and large tile shower. We can't wait to come again!
