Great place and location
Recently stayed here for a daddy/daughter trip to Isle of the Palms. Property is super clean and well equipped for all the necessities you’ll need for a beach getaway. Everyone is very polite and helpful, will be back!

Great location convenient to the beach. Only negative was check-in delayed by an hour while cleaners prepped the cottage - seemed surprised we showed up at check-in. Typical maintenance items common to short term rentals.

Great property, superbly located for anything in Isle of Palms area. Has everything one needs, and the owners are great. Beds are comfortable, and the covered back porch is a nice touch. Check-in was very easy

Beautiful island and beaches
We truly enjoyed our stay and were very impressed by the host's interest in our visit and responses to any needs. I'd recommend it to anyone and thank the hosts for their concern about our wellfair.

Perfect beach cottage
This house was perfect for my one month stay on Isle of Palms. It is close to the beach, the grocery store and dining. Quiet neighborhood. The host was great! The screened in porch was nice to relax on and read a book.

Spring break!
We loved this house and the location! Although we went the last week of March & the pollen was off the charts (we got the last box of Claritin at Harris Teeter, thank God) we loved every minute of the house and the island. It had everything we needed & the communication was great. Short walk to grocery, restaurants and more importantly the beach! You can hear it from the beautiful back porch! We made friends with neighbors too! We would definitely come back!

Anniversary Vaca
We fell in love with the cottage! Our favorite spot was the bench swing in the screened in porch. The main bed was very comfortable and we took every shower outside! Unfortunately, when we arrived the home was not clean. It was quickly rectified and we were actually refunded the cleaning fee, which was very generous of the host. We’re definitely booking this cottage again next year! Great location to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect little cottage
Beds comfortable, home ver homey and relaxing. Great friendly dog park 8 streets from cottage. Location perfect for Charleston and surrounding communities. Long Island Cafe delicious dinners and handy Harris Teeter Grocery. Both about 1-2 miles within neighborhood. Highly recommend this cottage.

We will be back!
We had an excellent stay at this sweet home! My favorite part was how comfy the bed, linens, and pillows are. Easy stroll to the beach and highly recommend renting chairs/umbrella from Chunky's. The back porch is adorable and we loved having the ability to bring our fur baby. Also appreciated the little additions like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc. All in all, a wonderful stay, we definitely plan to return.

Amazing beach getaway with kind owners
As most other reviews have already mentioned, the backporch and swing are amazing. The house is lovely too, with everything you could need. The grocery store, beach, wind jammer, and anything else you could need are within walking distance. The outdoor shower was such a nice touch. The owners of the home are incredibly kind people who answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will absolutely stay here again, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

The location was great, close to the beach. The back patio was comfortable in the evenings. But the property was older and the side door leaked when it rained. The power went out in the living room multiple times, but no other places in the house. Not sure I'd stay here again.

IOP Beach Cottage
Our new IOP Go To - Convenient and Cheerful Cottage. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay for the rest of the summer! Our son, daughter in law, dog-! And my husband and I had plenty of room at the cottage. We rented a golf cart which was fun to ride to go look at houses and visit the nearby marina. The beach is only a few minutes walk away! We rented this cottage since it was close to where our son lives in Mt. P. but close to the beach as well. It was the perfect rendezvous for our family to get together for a few fun days. The owner was nice to contact us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Be sure to eat at Long Island Cafe! It’s just right around the corner!

Great location
We had a lovely stay in this cottage. The location was perfect and, although close to the grocery store etc… it was quiet. The rooms were generously sized and the kitchen was sufficient. The only area of improvement is some of the furnishings. The king sized bed was saggy on one side- my husband ended up sleeping in the other bedroom which he said was very comfortable. The couches were also sad (a bit saggy and old) and the pull out couch was broken- we ended up bringing the mattress in from the screened in porch into the living room for my daughter to sleep on. Otherwise we were happy with the accommodations and if those areas were improved would definitely give the cottage a full 5 stars!

GREAT BEACH HOUSE!
We loved staying in this beautiful beach house! It is even more wonderful than pictured. The big screened porch with porch swing and private back yard was fantastic, we had our coffee out there every morning, cocktails at dusk, so cozy! The location of the home is perfect, short walk to the fantastic beach, a great grocery store close by, perfect place to take long walks! The beds were super comfy, the home was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and dishes you could ever want. Top of the line washer/dryer and dishwasher. Spices on hand, good icemaker in fridge, 2 options of good coffee makers. Oh and the shower head! The best! There are no negatives to this place, except it so hard to leave! This is our new best place to go for a perfect getaway! Highly recommend. Laurel is wonderful and super responsive. Thank you Laurel! Hope to visit Isle of Palms and your lovely home again very soon!

Little house near the beach
The house worked for us but if Im offering an honest review I expected things to be different. The yard was not mowed, the outdoor furniture had not been cleaned, & I thought the interior had been remodeled based off the photos. Its an older home so washer/dryer, cabinets, some of the furniture is older than expected. It was not an issue just a surprise based on the photos & cost. We also lost power 2 of the 3 nights we were there. An electrician and the power company had to come out, we were without power several hours (3-4) each night. The maintenance company was amazing and it was no fault of anyone's just an issue that occurred while we were there. Overall it was a good trip, good location, the outdoor shower & patio are amazing and the owners were always quick to respond and easy to communicate with!

Hiding from Milton
This was a last minute booking as a hideaway from our 2nd hurricane in two weeks. Booking was a breeze and checkin instructions/directions were great. Location was perfect, off on a quiet street yet walkable to restaurants and the beach and grocery. As we were fleeing the storm we didn't take advantage of everything available here, but it was exactly what we needed at the time.

Perfect beach cottage!
This home was the perfect little beach house for myself, husband, and small dog. It had everything we needed! We absolutely loved the outdoor shower and screened in porch. The bed was cozy, and the extra pillows and blankets were nice. It is very close to one of the best beach access in Isle of Palms. We would definitely stay here again!
