  • Charming, dog-friendly and affordable 2BR/2BA ground-floor retreat located at 215 Charleston Blvd. on Isle of Palms—just a short 2-block walk to the beach! You’re also only 0.5 miles from Sullivan’s Island and about 10 miles to historic downtown Charleston.
    This private downstairs unit offers easy ground-level access and is ideal for couples, small families, or travelers with dogs. Enjoy a spacious, fully fenced backyard, a new deck with grill and outdoor dining area, and a convenient outdoor shower with hot water.
    Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, comfortable living area with cable TV and WiFi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Linens are included for your stay.

    Layout & Notes:

    Guests have a private entrance and exclusive use of the downstairs space, backyard, deck, and outdoor shower. The home is a duplex, with the owner residing upstairs. The upstairs is quiet and respectful of guest privacy, but light daytime footstep noise is possible, as is typical in a multi-level home.
    Both bathrooms feature compact shower stalls, consistent with many classic beach homes. While the indoor bathrooms are cozy, the outdoor shower is a guest favorite and provides a more spacious option for rinsing off.

    Pet Policy:

    Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $175 non-refundable pet fee. Please be sure to select “traveling with pets” when booking so the fee is properly applied. This ensures guests without pets are not charged unnecessarily. Unauthorized pets will result in the fee being added to the reservation.

We were in town for a wedding with family and dogs…. Fabulous fenced in backyard and short walk to beach made it super let friendly. The barbecue and outdoor shower added to the outdoor living experience. Will come back!

This was the perfect long weekend get away! The home had everything we needed, a beautiful back yard that was perfect for hanging out in - and fenced it with plenty of room for our pup to play around in. We both agreed this was the most organized VRBO we've ever been in. It had everything you needed to cook from home. A very quick talk to the beach. It was perfect.

We wish we could stay longer! Plenty of room for us and our two dogs who are not the best travelers of guests - one is a big puppy and one is high maintenance :) we felt right at home here and the overall location was perfect for us as well. Great location close to the beach, great yard (and beach) for dogs, great beach cart and cabana available for our use, washer and dryer onsite.. Owner lives upstairs and was available as needed but not intrusive. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small, but location makes up for it. We would stay again in the future.

we had a great time at the beach - went every day and even at night. Lee was thoughtful and response time was very quick. it was quiet and loved the yard which we spent time in during the sunny afternoons.
