Charming family vacation cottage, close to the beach on Isle of Palms.

Nestled between the Inter Coastal Waterway, and the peaceful, well sought after, vast beach on Isle of Palms; this 3 BR, 2 1/2 Bath house offers a pleasant vacation experience for everyone.

The coastal casual atmosphere is a breath of fresh air and accommodates 8 people comfortably. The front screened in porch is perfect to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise or catch the afternoon breeze. The main living area has an open floor plan, and with a fully equipped kitchen, is a perfect place to cook dinner with the family.

The back patio has a charcoal kettle grill, and comfortable seating for outdoor cookouts, overlooking a large private yard where the kids can run around. Adjacent to the patio is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and storage shed with beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart.

Each bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, and there are 3 TV's located throughout the house. The playroom has a queen futon and is divided from the rest of the house, so the kids can watch tv while the adults are in the main living space. Adjacent to the playroom is a bathroom with large walk-in shower.

Hardwood floors and ceiling fans are throughout the house, and there are 2 leather sofas in the main living area. There is a full size washer and dryer available for your use, and linens and towels, including beach towels are provided.

With granite counter tops, new appliances, a large farm table, and comfortable casual seating for everyone, dining in is just as easy as dining out. A Keurig coffee maker, or upon request, a regular brew coffee maker, high chair, pack-n-play crib, a child gate and board games are furnished. There is high speed internet available and the Wi-fi password will be provided upon check-in, as well as a key code for the back door.

This location is conveniently located just a few minutes from Wild Dunes golf, Isle of Palms Marina, a variety of full service restaurants, and a Harris Teeter grocery store.

Very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Walking distance to beach access. We especially loved how quiet the area was but still near all the restaurants and stores.

Well provisioned property and a great location in Isle of Palms. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Location provides great access to a local Harris Teeter and local restaurants as well as nearby Sullivan's Island and Mt. Pleasant. Easy access to Charleston as well and it has to offer.

Layout of the house was perfect for our family and nicely decorated. Easy walk to the beach as well as convenient to grocery and great restaurants. Host provided great recommendations for places to eat and was responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Great spot in Isle of Palms!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. Very clean and quiet location, but not too far from the beach. The house was well appointed and furnished. We had a great mini family reunion. Hosts were very responsive.Would try and stay here again on another trip to IOP.

Wonderful find
The beach house was beautiful, well equipped and in a perfect location. Rent a golf cart and you can get around most anywhere! So fun! The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is clean and serene. A park nearby with a cool playground was a hit for my toddler. Grocery store, coffee and delicious food for every meal was super close by. We will be back!

Perfect rental for us. Three adult sisters - no husbands, no children, no grands! Each had own BR. Walk-in shower downstairs. One loves to cook and grill. House was VERY well equipped for preparing dinners. Easy walk to beach AND (big plus), beach chairs were available! Great experience.

Perfect Get-away
This house was perfect for our family of four enjoying a long weekend away. It is easy to find and the host gave great instructions for checking in/out. Beach: five minute walk. House comes equipped with a beach wagon so we tossed everything we needed in there and headed to the sand. We even found several beach chairs to use!! Kitchen: fully stocked and ready to cook a meal Living room: comfy couch, lots of books and board games, and the tv even has the host’s Netflix log in which we greatly enjoyed during the rain storm Bathrooms: clean and plenty of hot water Bedrooms: this is the only downfall to the house. The pillows are terrible - bring your own. The mattresses are so-so. And due to the small size of the rooms, there are no dressers for your clothes. But for a few days, these things are fine Over all, a great spot for a weekend trip

Great Location, terrible mosquito problem
Location of the house was great, walking distance to the beach and close to stores and restaurants. The bedrooms are small and lack adequate closet space. The main bathroom has a pedestal sink that has very little room for toiletries, etc. All of that would not have detracted from our Vacation as much as the mosquito issue did. They were all over the outside and some made it into the house given us many bites. We had to dodge them every time we left or returned to the house. Maybe the mosquito issue is common this time of year at IOP but we would have appreciated advance notice or a good spraying to reduce the population. Through it all we still had a good time and enjoyed IOP.

this cottage was very well stocked with all the your kitchen needs. The bathrooms were also well stocked with plenty of nice towels and toilet paper. The beds and linens were all comfortable and clean. We were all very happy and comfortable in this clean and bright cottage. It was an easy walk to the beach and there were beach chairs, towels and even a wagon for the beach. They have thought of everything and we are looking forward to visiting again.

What a fabulous stay we had at this cottage on IOP. Super convenient to the beach, great restaurants, and a Harris Teeter right down the street! The cottage was clean, functional and have every amenity that you could possibly imagine! We would definitely rent this property again! A+

Perfect fit for us
3 female senior citizen cousins stayed 4 nights here. Totally fit our requirements as we each had our own room and bathroom, a wonderful space to cook/eat/hangout and a great enclosed porch to sit on and watch people go by. Only four easy blocks to the beach which is HUGE! We loved the peace and quiet of our house. Super close to grocery store and places to eat. I have stayed at numerous VRBO’s and this owner was the fastest to respond to any questions we had…we’re talking a minute or two. Julie truly wants to make your stay perfect in every way. Don’t hesitate to book this property!
