Bright & beautiful, fully renovated one bedroom oceanfront condo on the third floor that comfortably sleeps four people. Renovated January 2018 New modern mosaic tile shower with a rain shower head. Private balcony with spectacular ocean views as far as the eye can see! Fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, new crisp white cabinetry, both a standard & Keurig coffee maker, full size stainless steel appliances, gorgeous coastal accents in decor and new flooring throughout the entire condo space. Other delightful features include WIFI personal to Sea Cabin 311, a 55" wall mounted Roku Smart TV (with HD service) and has streaming capability. There is a DVD player in living room as well as a flat-screen TV in bedroom for additional comfort and convenience. Access to beach/fishing pier/community pool/complex laundry facility. 490 square feet. Linens included. No smoking. No pets.

Perfect oceanside get away
We came for a family wedding. Beachfront property was great! Great views, great pool and great access to restaurants and bars. Would suggest stocking beachtowels along with the assortment of great neachtoys!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at 311A. The only problem we encountered is that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and 2 opened beer bottles under the bunk bed. The location is great for walking any to shops and restaurants. The private pier was great for watching the sun rise, and the private beach access was great, too.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at similar condos for years now, and this was one of the best. We cook all our meals in the condo, and the kitchen was well-equipped to do so. The condo had nice beach chairs included as well. The one down side was there was not much sun on the deck--all morning/early afternoon it is blocked by the roof and then in the late afternoon it is just there for a few hours before it goes down again. If you like to sit on the deck in the sun, this is not the unit for you. Otherwise, it was great!

I don't know if I will stay here again for that reason. I don't want on 1st floor because you have no ocean view.
