This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Near Beach elevated home resides a few steps from a public beach access, and walking distance to neighborhood outdoor pool and tennis court (April 15- last Sunday in October).

It is tastefully adorned in beach decor and is just steps away from the Atlantic! Enjoy grilling on the deck and lounging within the enclosed porch (propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during normal business hours.) Key features include access to outdoor community pool (April 15-last Sunday in October) and tennis courts, and close proximity to Island Restaurants and shops. Features include: Wireless internet, Cable TV/DVD, Gas Grill, off street parking, hot and cold outdoor shower, hardwood floors, Cable TV in living room and each bedroom! No pets and No smoking. Linens Included.

A bathtub drain def needed rodded and/or Draino used, but it was not a huge factor. Great spread of appliances and cookware, washing machines stocked with soap and disposables, house was beautiful and clean. Very pleased with the experience.

Nice house in a great location

Great vacation
Perfect location! This house was walking distance to the beach,pool, tennis courts, grocery, and dining. Our stay in IOP was wonderful and we will def be back. This home was the perfect size for our family and had most everything we needed. The only issues we had were minor and the property manager was amazing and had them resolved quickly.

Loved being steps from beach path. Neighborhood was quiet and nicely walk-able to the "downtown" amenities/restaurants/shops/grocery. Only slight downside is the home was right on the corner of the main drag and we got a little more traffic noise than expected but still not a major issue. Loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Location was perfect being across from the beach, but set slightly away from the busier road, and down a few blocks from the big public parking area so away from the big crowds. House was lovely, nicely updated baths and and kitchen which was a great size for preparing big meals. Nice wood floors and much nicer decor than I see at most rental properties. Very comfortable for our two families. It was perfect for us, would love to return.

The house is as pictured and descried and really close to the beach. The only two issues we had which were minor were (1) we saw some ants in the living room the first day (we called maintenance and they came and spayed which seemed to help) and (2) the water pressure was not great, if more than 1 person was taking a shower, then the water pressure would be very low. Other than these two small issues, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

The home was comfortable, clean and very spacious for our family. The kitchen is well stocked with all a chefs needs. The bedrooms and bathroom are maintained well with ample closets for storage. The walk to the beach was less than 4 mins and stores within 5 mins. Only con we had is it needs more paper supplies and at least one disinfectant wipes in the unit. Overall a great experience.

Comfortable House in a Great Location

The grocery and the IOP connector are right around the corner as well so very accessible. The bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked. The only complaint we had was that the couch was not a sleeper sofa as advertised. We planned on having someone sleep there but when we checked in and saw that is was just a normal leather sectional with a set of sheets left out on the side table, we made other arrangements. Otherwise, great house in a great location! We would definitely stay here again!

It was clean, bathrooms and kitchen were updated and clean, linens were fresh and extras provided. We had issues with the cable the first day, but Island Reality responded immediately and the issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes (on a Sunday morning, at that!). The kitchen was well stocked, although no ice maker, which would have been nice to have. Only downside is that under the house and parking space is pretty tight, so a little hard to manage a golf cart and parking. But the property was so close to the beach and convenient to everything. The neighborhood pool was nice and never busy. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this property.

This location is ideal for quick beach access. Tastefully decorated. Queen/King beds are on the firmer side. Kitchen well-stocked, appliances and grill all worked. No back deck. Many games and puzzles was great for nights in. Enclosed sunroom wonderful in mild weather but would be toasty in summer, but owners have fans available. Only downside was glass door to deck jams and can't be locked/unlocked easily,front deck is narrow and has room for two guests. Tennis court has been marked for pickle ball! We had brought our set and had a blast. Would definitely rent again

Starting with the easy to use rental search website through to the no contact check-in and check-out procedure we had no issues. Our family of 4 had more than enough space. The house at 1 Ocean Park Court was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to stay in for dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The close proximity to the beach was a definite bonus. (about a 2 minute walk,and I'm a slow walker!). My teenage daughters loved that they could come and go to the beach as they pleased without having to walk very far. The outdoor shower under the house was very handy to wash off sand from the beach before going in the house. The only thing I missed was having a place to eat outside. The balcony on the front of the house where the grill is was nice for sitting, but you cannot fit a family of 4 there for a meal. The access to the backyard via the carport was closed off and nailed shut. Access to this area, and a small table would have made this property absolutely perfect. The concierge services offered before and during our stay were also a nice touch.

Wonderful family vacation at Ocean Park 1!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our second year, staying at Ocean Park 1! As always, the rental/management personnel were very kind and helpful in all situations! We noticed two types of ants, (large red ants and extremely small black ants), "roaming around" as soon as we arrived. Since we had a toddler with us, we requested that this not be treated until we left. Also, we found water standing in the bottom of the refrigerator and noticed that the inside of the refrigerator did not feel very cold. The management office was very prompt responding to our call and sent out someone right away. We were told this is very common in humid temperatures. Also, when we first arrived, the cable in the living room did not work. Again, someone came to the house to let us know that it was not properly connected. The man who came out told us that this happens all the time...just a simple fix if we had known. :) We called to request an extra dish cloth and dish towel, and again, these were delivered promptly. We did find a few dirty dishes in the cupboard as well as a few utensils in the drawer that were dirty. This was probably an oversight, but thought you might like to know. We love this house...especially the fact that the kitchen provides everything needed for any type of baking or cooking! We will call soon to reserve Ocean Park 1 for our 2017 family vacation! We have recommended this house to two families...the Blairs' will vacation here in August. Thank you!

Had everything that you could need in the kitchen. Could have used a couple of extra towels. 1 towel per person for the week is not enough. Had to ask them to bring more. We have rented in this neighborhood before and this is the nicest house that we have rented. It has very nice furnishings.
