Best of all, 4 46th Avenue is only one house away from the beach and offers many outstanding views!

The first floor of 4 46th Avenue features four bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms feature king beds and the fourth room has two twins. Also featured on the first level is the den with a pool table, exterior deck, and laundry room. The second floor features three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have king beds with private baths. The 3rd room has 3 twins (one bunk bed and one single) with a half bath off the living room. The balance of the second floor includes the kitchen, dining and living area, and a spacious deck overlooking the pool.

Ideally, 4 46th Avenue is located just across from the Wild Dunes Resort Gate and near the Citadel Beach House. It is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (5.9 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (6.1 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS York Town, Town Center shopping, and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
