Highlighted by its location on the Boardwalk, 125 Grand Pavilion features 2,445 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and two decks, one with ocean peeks. The lower deck has direct access to the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, which is your family’s path to the beach, pools, and excellent dining.

The interior of 125 Grand Pavilion is warm and welcoming. First, rain or shine, you might want to whip up a storm in the well-equipped, fully-renovated kitchen and serve dinner on the shady Boardwalk deck patio. Next, the living room is highlighted with comfortable furnishings and a large television. Finally, after a full day in the sun and surf has caught up with your family, there are four excellent bedrooms to choose from. The first bedroom is located on the main floor adjacent to the living room and kitchen. This relaxing bedroom has two queen beds and a full bath. On the second level of the home, there are two guest bedrooms, each with a private full bath. One bedroom has a king bed whereas the second features two queen beds. Finally, the top floor is highlighted with the master bedroom. This is a large suite that has a king bed, private deck, and a full bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower.

Beach access is easy at 125 Grand Pavilion. Located in the core of the Wild Dunes community, a boardwalk is located just behind the home leading your family down to the beach. Within two minutes, you will be walking through the sea grass-covered dunes leading you to a wide sandy beach. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
