ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.
WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ FISHING: Henry's Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about an 8 minute drive. Island Park Reservoir is also close by, only about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Sam Patch Co, is about a 5 minute drive
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway for your parking needs as well as public parking less than a half mile away! Trailer are not recommended in the driveway, please utilize the public parking lot.
~ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
