*Roads are plowed, but we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle in the winter and shoulder months. Weather can change quickly and roads can drift over. If you are traveling to our cabin when snow is on the ground, it can be difficult to get a trailer through the neighborhood to the house. Turns can be tight deep into the winter season as there is nowhere to put the snow. We recommend parking trailers in the overflow parking at the front of the neighborhood.
The two closest major airports are Bozeman, MT and Idaho Falls, Idaho. There is also a small West Yellowstone Airport.
*Roads are maintained but the wind and snow in the fall, winter and Spring can be unpredictable. We HIGHLY recommend an AWD vehicle in the winter and shoulder months.
