20 Minutes to Yellowstone, high speed fiber, hot tub, 3 large smart Tv's, fire pit, huge play structure, fully equipped kitchen w Keurig and drip coffee maker, high-end comfy mattresses, large dining room, high chair, master suite w/ private bath and Jacuzzi tub, plenty of trailer parking for winter or summer ATV trailers, ride from cabin to trails. Each room has a devise charging ports.

Spacious layout for small or large families to enjoy time together. Many amenities to make your vacation smooth and memorable including very comfortable beds with USB charging ports, play structure for the kids and a fully stocked kitchen w everything you will ever need! We are close to Yellowstone and other outdoor activities and we have 3 Smart TV’s and High Speed Fiber internet!
This newly remolded house is beautiful and functional. 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large family room. A master suite with its own large bathroom and jacuzzi tub.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. It has a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig, insta pot, crock pot, waffle maker, griddle, all the silverware, cups, dishes, pots and pans that you will need. There is plenty of dining space for everyone!

Outside, there is an awesome play set that kids will love. Also, a Weber BBQ grill and plenty of seating so you can enjoy the outdoors. At the end of the day, relax in the hot tub!

There are plenty of local restaurants and rental shops for a variety of activities.
Nearby activities include fishing, 4-wheeling, hiking, river rafting, cross country skiing, and many beautiful locations for sight seeing! In winter you can access hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails from the cabin! Snow machine Rental shops are 5 min away.

Great Stay in Island Park, Idaho!
Enjoyed our stay there! Kitchen was well equipped with appliances , which was so needed, especially with 12 people! Loved the hot tub on site and our grandkids enjoyed the playground outback. Plenty of parking . It was nice having so many activities close by as well as a store . I would recommend this to anyone.

We were only 25 minutes from west Yellowstone entrance and shopping. Quaint area and quite. River is close for canoeing or paddle boarding. Great restaurants and grocery store in area.

The home fit our crew perfectly with all the amenities we were looking for. The location provided us great access to trails and off trail snowmobiling. There was ample parking for 2 trailers, an additional vehicle and 10 sleds.

Great for a family with children! We loved the swing set for the kids, sitting area outside, and the hot tub! There were 12 of us and we never felt crowded. Nice location to drive into Yellowstone each day and wonderful to come back and relax after a long day in the park.

50th Anniversary Celebration
Cabin was exactly what our family of 14 needed. Comfortable, clean, and convenient for our multi generational reunion. Family tradition trip
We started a new tradition with our family and this was our first stay. It was absolutely awesome.. the cabin is beautiful and was stocked perfect. Snowmobiling right from the canine was nice. The property managers were courteous and very helpful!

Location was right in the middle of where we usually ride, so that was perfect. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was a great bonus after a long day of riding.

Beautiful Surroundings Decent Cabin
Our family ( Parents, 3 adult sons, and daughter in law) stayed here on a trip to Yellowstone Park .We enjoyed the movie den, hot tub, fire pit, and nearby hiking and 4 wheeler rental. One drawback is there are only two bathrooms for everyone. There are plenty of beds.

Fun time in Yellowstone
We enjoyed your home a lot - and appreciated all the supplies. A fully stocked spice pantry, laundry room and bathrooms were excellent. The only thing that could be made better was a 1/2 bath attached to the outside cabin. The kids loved the play area and hot tub (adult daughters did as well). Thank you.

Good location for exploring Yellowstone
This cabin was perfectly positioned about 20 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The home was clean, well stocked, with comfortable beds after a long day exploring the park. The hot tub was a welcome treat at the end of the day. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The owners were helpful and available if needed. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a place to stay during your Yellowstone vacation.

Great location. Everything was nice and clean with the exception of the bathroom garbage not being taken out and the towels smelled a little musty like they had been left in the washer overnight so we just rewashed them. Over all though a nice place to stay. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Perfect location for a Yellowstone Adventure!
This was the perfect cabin with plenty of rooms and tons of Amenities for our group of 10, ages 3, 5, 7, 8, 14, 17 and 4 adults. The location is just 20 minutes from West Yellowstone and the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The beds were comfy, the owner was so quick to respond to any questions we had for him, and the cabin was stocked with tp, trash bags, detergents, soaps, etc. we loved the bear and wolf discovery center for our little kids, and enjoyed the Parlor Pizza at Mack’s Inn, located just 1 minute from the cabin! We had a blast and made awesome memories together on the playground and hot tub every evening! Thanks Kevin!

Great house in a great spot
I stayed here with my wife, mom, 17 yr old daughter and 5 yr old daughter. The owner was very responsive and helpful right from the start. The location of the house was perfect as a base camp for venturing into Yellowstone, fishing on the South Fork of the snake river, and shopping in West Yellowstone. The owner also gave us a great tip to go see Big Spring just down the road which was beautiful and feeding the massive trout was exciting for all of us. The house was also the perfect atmosphere to relax after busy days exploring, by making fires and using the hot tub. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.
