RELAX in your PRIVATE Oceanfront Cottage!

Due to COVID-19 and the precedented times we are living, our home will provide hand sanitizer and have the whole house sanitized when one guest leaves and another enters. We take pride in having our home immaculate and now we are taking extreme measures to have our guests feel safe during their say.

This downstairs portion of a dual family dwelling is fully renovated a 1/1 cottage with breathtaking oceanfront views.
Sleeps four comfortably.
Private bedroom with queen bed.
Living room has two full size futons.
New kitchen with all stainless steel appliances.
Very cozy and great views to enjoy in your dream vacation.
Amenities provided are four kayaks and four bicycles for your use with no extra fees.

Private boat dock and convenient boat ramp. Amenities for your boat includes water and electricity by the dock, brush and soap, extra fenders, and a small freezer for bait and ice. Trailer parking is available on our acre and a quarter property. The ramp and dock use are part of the rental amenities!

Relax and enjoy ocean views and gorgeous sunsets at the Tiki Hut on the property.

Plenty of parking for all of your toys in my acre and a quarter property(boat, trailer, car, etc).

BBQ area with plenty of seating and a separate picnic table perfect for lunch and snack time.

absolutely a fantastic place and what a great time we had. we had fresh fish every day for dinner. and lobster one day for lunch. all caught by our boys. hope to go again this fall

Upper Keys get away
Great property directly on the Atlantic side in Islamorada. We stayed in the ground floor unit, there is a ground and upper floor unit. The unit was spacious and comfortable. Wonderful dock to fish from, took the complimentary kayak out for a paddle. The grounds are plenty spacious for groups staying at both units. So many places to eat in a short drive, bait shop was 3 blocks down the street. Absolutely great stay, try it out!

Winter getaway
Beautiful property on the ocean with beautiful sunrises and a great dock for your boat. The fishing was good from the dock. We plan on coming back next year.

There aren’t enough positive things to say about our time here! The house is absolutely perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better view- the house was well stocked with everything and spotless! Beautiful spot on the Ocean, newly relocated, great hosts!
We booked a stay with Pablo and Carmen over the holiday break. The owners were quick to respond to all correspondence. The apartment was newly renovated and had everything we needed. The location is on an ideal spot in Islamorada with easy access to the water. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again! Thank you for a great visit!!

Great spot
The location is wonderful and the cottage and property were well maintained. The owners are super responsive! The cottage is an apartment on the bottom floor of the house, which worked grreat since the other guests staying there were super nice. Big yard and boat dock offer a lot of room. The outdoor view of wide open water (ocean side) is incredible.

Hidden Gem
Great little place right on the ocean. Excellent place to come if you have a boat, with a boat ramp and a beautiful dock. We caught fish right off the dock! The place is just as described, very clean. The outside is spacious and plenty of room for your toys. The hosts were very gracious and communicated quickly. I can’t say one bad thing about it. We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The only thing that would have made it better is a pool.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY!!!
My husband & I stayed here for a week in Nov. 2023 and it was absolutely wonderful! We fell in love with the property & location. The house is absolutely as advertised - very clean and well-equipped and comfortable. The property is quite large and spacious, and as a result it is very relaxing and private. We enjoyed all of the amenities provided, such as the bicycles & kayaks. There is quite a bit of interesting wildlife (birds, tarpon, etc.) to watch while here. We also enjoyed walking to many places in Islamorada. It's nice being not directly on US-1 (quieter), yet close to so many options for dining, shopping, etc. We would love to return!

We extremely enjoyed our stay.
Great little place to stay on vacation and the view was incredible. It was so nice to have our own little marina and dock. We have a 22 foot Sea Hunt and it was a breeze to launch on their ramp. In our 8 days there we dove, fished, kayaked on the inside, did a few sunset cruises and totally relaxed. Our Fur Baby's enjoyed relaxing on the doc watching the birds go by. Thank you again for having us.

Spectacular property and location!
My wife and I had an amazing time here. The property is perfectly located in a great area and the ocean access is one of the best that I have seen. The dock is large enough to fit any boat comfortably. The cottage was recently remodeled and is perfect. Did I mention you can’t ask for better owners! Carmen and Pablo were truly a delight to deal with. We are defiantly looking forward to coming back to this property soon.
