"The villa was very comfortable and as described with great views and sunsets across the bay. Mehmet, the manager, was super helpful and visited every day to make sure the pool area was clean. Easy access into town by taxi (60TL) or water taxi (25 TL pp). Some lovely restaurants close by with live music too which was a great way to celebrate my birthday. There are some friendly cats that visit daily."

"We were blown away by the listing and blown away by the property. It was the most perfect villa for us 5 chums and we never left during the day. Facilities were outstanding, water cooler, huge fridge, exceptionally well stocked kitchen with every utensil you could need. Beautiful infinity pool which had spa jets. "Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"

"Perfect for getting away from it all, but still close to the lovely town of Kalkan. Cannot fault villa or service from manager. Not mentioned is the quite extensive welcome pack which is perfect if you are arriving late in the day. Pool is fairly small but it’s only a 2 minute walk to the 25m infinity pool at the club house when you want to swim rather than just cool off. Had a fabulous 10 nights here. "

"We were a family of 4 adults and 2 young kids (6 and 8) and this was our first time in Turkey. We had a fantastic stay in Villa Antik and would definitely stay again. The owner, Maeve, was really helpful beforehand giving us all sorts of information on the villa and the local area, as well as numbers for taxis etc. The property manager in Kalkan was also very easy to reach via whatsapp on the few occasions we needed him. "We hired all five cottages between my extended family who used this place as a family reunion. It was perefect. Well priced. The owner is a very pleasant lady who made herself available for questions throughout. The care takers who are a couple living on site were also great. They cooked for us at a very reasonable fee and the food was great. The apartments are a little dated but they have character and were in general functional. Very reasaonbelly priced."
