Misleading and overpriced
The reservation included 2 double beds for 3 people. The photos shown online and also in the reservation confirmation that was emailed to me made it look like the 2nd double bed was in a smaller/separate bedroom within what the hotel called a "Deluxe Suite." However, at checkin time, it became clear that there was only a single room with a single double bed. The only option was for the staff to bring an extra bed into the room, which decreased the amount of available free space in the room. While the staff was good, service was usually very slow, and the food that was served for breakfast was not good. The location is good, but the price is too high for the services rendered.

Email confirmation was not enough to confirm room
Alright except they did not know about my reservation. When I showed them my email confirmation they said this could be a fake website. Hotels.com and Magnolia hotel get your act together. Reasonable guest house spoiled by poor management.

The place is nearby Sir Sayed Memorial Hall and other administrations. Thus it is very quiet and seemingly secure. Meantime it is also close to G6 Markez and just 1km off Aapbra Market. Both room and building is new and beautiful. Their garden is lovely. Room service is best although breakfast is not much sufficient. I’ll choose here again.
