"Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

"Generally, the unit is well-kept and well-equipped with oven, refrigerator, washing machine and hair-dryer. Kitchen ware was also available. "

"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"The location is great and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is wonderful. The view from the balcony is great. Unfortunately the pipe in the kitchen sink is broke and the towel hanger in the common bathroom was about to fall off. Toilet paper was not in the toilet, but on the dining table. The AC was good, but the remotes for the fans did not work. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked and many bedroom windows could not be locked as the handles were broke. "Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out."
