"I booked this unit for 2 nights, and from the start, it was difficult to find. Upon arrival, I discovered a pool of water on the floor in one bathroom, while the ceiling in the second bathroom had peeling paint. There was no running water in the faucets or the kitchen, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, not in the bedrooms. Additionally, one of the fans was not functional. "So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,...

"The owner Ms. Milany lives in the property and attendeds to any concern very promptly. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"The stay was not good. Few things I didn’t like - Poor customer service ( The receptionist didn’t even know I was coming or had any information about my arrival) - To many mosquitoes with no mosquito spray available but rooms had mosquito nets which I don’t like to use - No drinking water in the rooms - No hot water in the room but was transferred to another room - Very poor shower system "

"Booked one night and I probably would’ve canceled the next day if I had booked longer. I couldn’t even bring myself to sleep on the bed and the WiFi did not work. If possible, I would consider investing some more resources into making the space more conducive, even if it means charging a little more per night."
