"The light was so low in the room that you could not see anything. The Internet was unsecured. The air conditioner was impossible to figure out, and we thought they were coming to help us. Nice staff nice breakfast, but put in some lights for God sake."

"The location is excellent. The room is small with a very small bathroom and a strong smell of smoke. The towels are worn out and old but are clean. Because I visited it in Jan., no other customers checked in the hotel that day by my observation. Some family members are seat at first floor area when I walked in later afternoon that day, and made me thought I got wrong place. Considering the price, it is acceptable. But, I may not recommend it to my friends. "

"Older property with two areas. main courtyard with reception and annex courtyard with rooms around a pool. The reception had A/C and the eating area outside was nice. The restaurant did a great job with breakfast but was not the right choice for dinner. The rooms are old and while functional, not very modern. A/C struggled to cool the room. "I had a wonderful stay at Hera Boutique Hotel. The property is beautiful and the location was perfect. My room was clean and breakfast was great. What makes this hotel special is the owner.
