"Staff was excellent "

"Our sink faucet didn't always turn off completely. We had to check it before leaving it, or it would just have a small stream. The basin plug did not always want to open, had to be fiddled with."

"Great hotel! Great breakfast and pool area for the kids. My only gripe is the thin walls, you can literally hear everything outside the room and the rooms next door. Would stay again though"

"There was hairs on the bedding before we even sat on the bed. Dust clumps on the floor when we walked in. There was people partying and yelling down the hall. Puke by the elevator in the morning. I told the desk staff at 5:30 and it was still there at 8 am when we left. I cancelled next night there and went to another hotel. "
