Stay in this freshly remodeled family home with king bed! Count with a well-equipped FULL-SIZE kitchen. It has partial ocean views in areas of the house. Walk to the town square, where you can enjoy dining, ice cream, and entertainment. Square entertainment includes artisan and salsa nights! It’s a 5 to 10-minute drive to beautiful beaches. Traveling with small children? Montones beach is a 9-min drive with kid friendly tide pool. Want to surf? Jobos beach is only a 10-min drive.
This home has been meticulously thought out to comfortably accommodate (sleep and seat) 8 people throughout the house.
First floor:
The living room, dining room, kitchen and first bathroom are in the first floor. NOTE: We do NOT have air conditioning in the first floor of the house.
Kitchen: There is plenty of cookware and cooking utensils! The kitchen is efficiently laid-out. It has all stainless steel full-size appliances. It is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and coffee pot. The kitchen also is equipped with plate ware, silverware, cups, and kids' plate ware.
Dining room: accommodates 8 people.
Living room: Accommodates 8 people! Please note this room does NOT have air conditioning. You can open the windows and turn on the ceiling fan for ventilation. There is no pull-out bed or any sleeping arrangement in this space.
Second floor:
Sleeping arrangements (4 bedrooms): All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and you can wake up with a modest ocean view! The fourth bedroom has two twin beds . All 4 bedrooms have a/c minisplits.
Patio area: Enjoy sitting and chatting on our nice back patio. We have a charcoal grill to enjoy some BBQ!
Washer/dryer:
Guest will have access to the washer and dryer in the kitchen.
Guest will be able to access the whole house minus the closet under the stairs.

The house is located in Isabela PR. Northwest of the island. BQN and SJU are the closest airports. Depending on traffic, SJU is approximately a 2 hour drive. BQN airport is approximately a 22-minute drive (depending on traffic). The house resides in a typical Puerto Rican neighborhood and not a resort. You may have the occasional loud car passing by with loud music. This home is located in a typical Puerto Rico neighborhood and we get along well with our neighbors. Please be considerate of noise.
Rental cars is the best way to get around. The house does include parking on premises.
We know you are booking to enjoy a beautiful exotic island vacation. Beautiful exotic island have issues in itself. Its just how island life is! We are located on an island with a recovering infrastructure. Puerto Rican homes are made of concrete and are not sealed like homes in the continental US. While we hope these never happens in your stay, please before booking be aware off:
- Storm / Hurricane season: The official hurricane season in Puerto Rico is from June 1st to November 30th. We strongly suggest that all future guests get travel insurance, especially during hurricane season. We will not offer last-minute refunds due to storms or rain.
- Bugs: Puerto Rico is a Tropical Island with a great diversity of bugs. We spray every month, but there is a high possibility that you will run into bugs on the property, especially during nighttime. Changes in the weather, like rain or temperature, can also make bugs enter the house. The likelihood of encountering bugs in the house increases if you leave food out for extended periods of time and trashed is not removed frequently.
-Wildlife: Puerto Rico has no dangerous species; however, you can run into iguanas, rodents, stray dogs or stray cats. If you do run into any wild or stray animals, do not pet them or feed them. They may not be friendly.
-Power/water/internet outages are extremely common. Please note that in Puerto Rico utility companies do not notify residents of power outages, water outages, internet outages and construction. We do not have a backup generator or water supply. You will find flashlights if you need it. Booking this Airbnb (means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities.
1. GENERAL:
i) Upon booking reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read this listing in detail and agree to all the information that is in this listing.
ii) If any guest(s) is found to violate house rules, we reserve the right to:
a) cancel reservation without refund,
b) enter the property,
c) remove guest(s) from premises, and/or
d) make financial responsible the guest that booked the reservation.
iii) Everyone is responsible for their own safety, we (host and owners) are not liable for any accidents that may occur during the stay
2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
i) Check-in time is at 3pm
ii) Check-out time is at 11am
iii) We do not offer early bag drop-off or holding bags services
iv) Plan your booking date/time and activities considering your scheduled flight times
v) Failure to comply with check-in time will result in a $200 fine
vi) Failure to comply with check-out time will result in a $200 fine
3. PARKING:
i) Your rental includes one (1) parking spot in our house carport
ii) Street parking near the house is not guaranteed as this is a public street
iii) We are not responsible for any damages (including theft) of your vehicle
iv) We are not responsible for any property and valuables that are left in the vehicle
v) Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and parking ticket from the police
4. VALUABLES/BELONGINGS
i) We are not responsible for personal belongings/valuables that are lost
ii) We are not responsible for personal belongings/valuables left behind in property
iii) Guest is responsible to pay for labor and shipping cost if request is made to ship items left behind.
iv) Items not claimed in 14 days will be disposed of
5. DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, FURNISHING, APPLIANCES AND BEDDING
i) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
ii) Do not remove any chairs, tables, lounges, or equipment from their designated area.
iii) Only use furnishing and appliances for their intended uses.
iv) Broken or damaged items will be charged the cost of replacing the item new or the full cost of the repair (materials and labor). We are not responsible to find the cheapest items.
6. PETS
i) Pets are not allowed.
ii)Refer to ADA regulations and Airbnb policy for more details on service animals, a service animal that:
a) is not housebroken and is out of control may still be asked to be removed from the property.
b) causes damage, will be subject to fines like any other guests
c) In-training service animals, emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals
7. CLEANLINESS:
i) The cleaning fee at booking is only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.)
ii) If our cleaner requires more time/effort for our next guest additional fee may be collected
iii) Please dispose of any waste in the blue garbage container in front of the house. Littering is prohibited.
iv) A daily maid service is not included.
8. NOICE POLICY:
i) This is a residential community, not a hotel or a place to party.
ii) Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
9. VISITORS:
i) No parties or events.
ii) The property has a pre-established maximum capacity of 8. If you plan to bring guests to the property, ensure total number guests and visitors do not exceed the maximum capacity allowed in the rental.
iii) Failure to comply with maximum guest capacity will result in a $100 fine/night
10. SMOKING:
i) No smoking inside the house. This includes marihuana.
ii) No usage of illegal drugs of any kind inside or on premises
ii) Do not toss cigarette buds on the concrete pad or green areas outside the house. Please be conscious and help us keep the areas clean. Use a used bottle of water/disposable cup with water or sand to dispose of the cigarette buds.
11. SEWAGE/PLUMBING:
i) DO NOT FLUSH paper towels, baby wipes, feminine products, or anything not intended to be flushed down a toilet.
ii) Do not put in kitchen sink non-food items that will damage the garbage disposal.
iii) If the system clogs the guest may have to cover the repair cost
12. ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS:
i) The unit is privately owned. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or outdoors.
a. Caution to guest with mobility impairment: House requires climbing stairs to access all sleeping arrangements. House layout has accessibility limitations and arrangement may be considered difficult for those with mobility impairment.
b. Caution for guest with infants, toddlers and small children: In-house stairs are not baby-proof. Guest may request baby-gates. We cannot guarantee the baby-gates will be secure in place and fully engaged. Infants/toddlers/small children may still be able to pull out baby-gates out of place and asses the stairs
c. Master room balcony: Do not leave infants, toddlers and children unattended in master bedroom balcony
d. Wind : Constant breeze comes with speeds of 10-20 miles per hour, outdoor doors may shut with force. Door safety features are put in place to mitigate any accidents but we cannot guarantee that doors might not slam shut. Front door has magnet that holds door in place. Back door has bucket with rocks to hold door in place.
