"Check-in was quick and easy. This is an old building that is kept up nicely. My room was lovely, very very clean. The bed was comfortable with the nicest, soft, soft pillows. The bathroom was shiny clean the only change I would make, would be to increase the lighting in the bedroom. There are many lights, but they’re all on the more dim side, which is not great for my elderly eyes. It would’ve been good if there was one light that was very bright that I could have used. while there I spoke with the lady from housekeeping the person at the front desk and the doorman and they were all very nice. I would gladly go back to this hotel"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Lucerne. It was in the perfect location. We were able to get to the subway very easily. Great restaurants in the area. We felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Manhattan."
