The staff, by far, is the jewel of this hotel!! We had an issue with our payment and the staff went above and beyond to help us work through the problem. They were always solicitous of our well being, ready to share their personal knowledge of the area, and just out right helpful in so many little ways. Our stay went over the top simply by their kindness. I left with the intention of seeking out a TownePlace Suites for every trip going forward.

My initial reaction upon arrival was that this was a very nice hotel and room. I unfortunately was sorely mistaken. All was good until I pulled back the bedding to get ready for bed. Not only were the sheets on one of the beds in my room dirty and full of hair and clearly not changed between guests but both were this way. I went to the front desk and they did come and change out the sheets but no discount or anything was offered as an apology and I had to stay awake later than intended to deal with this. I paid over $200 for a night expecting a top notch quality and cleanliness.

Sidewalks need more ramps. Internal rooftop gutter drainage pipes are super loud in the room when it rains. Staff is phenomenal.
