Manager did respond quickly and got us straightened out. The room was warm(ish), with no thermostat to adjust temp. Found the room to be clean and well appointed over all."

"The room was clean and it was fine. We were on a bottom floor when we go back next year for visitors we get a camp we would prefer to be up above, but other than that I was fine with the room added bonus at the restaurant was open at the lodge which we didn’t realize it was going to be.
