"Worst Marriot I have ever stayed in. Didn't know they were under renovation when I booked. The building and neighborhood is not welcoming at all. Stains on the carpet, sink didn't work, rust in mini fridge and on bathtub, had an odor that was making my head hurt. Only stayed for 3 hours of my 5 night. Front desk staff was nice though. As a Bonvoy rewards member and a human being, I was disgusted with this hotel. I DO NOT recommend anyone stays here."

"We rent a place on Lake Murray every 4th of July. I have to say this is the worse experience we’ve ever had. The kitchen is infested with ants. Ants were all over the counter and got in all our chips and boxes of cereal. There were also ants in the twin size bed downstairs, both showers, and the bathroom vanities. The refrigerator did not work. When we woke up the first morning all our food was warm. We had to get coolers and ice to keep our food cold. The ice maker doesn’t work either. We left...

"You can see to the bottom of this clean lake from the dock. Such a beautiful location. The house was perfect for my family. We appreciated special touches such as quality shampoo, lots of towels, candles and great communication from the host. "

"The cleaning was missed from the last renters, but the company fixed the issue and sent the cleaning crew out. The room with the two double beds is in a room with no door and has a window to the primary bedroom, so not much privacy. The house was clean though and it's all one level so good for anyone handicap, two steps to enter home. "

"My first impression was that the front on the house could use a power washing. The front door area, porch and siding is very dirty and not sure if this was recent spill. Thankfully the inside was clean but i was a little worried. We weren't at the house except to sleep so it didn't bother us that the kitchen was very sparce. It's 2 blocks from my sister's house so very convenient."
